My name is Kyle and I am the founder of KHFitness, Dynamic Aesthetics. My Journey started when I was in school, as I’m sure it is the same for you guys right? I was a young boy, Insecure and ache all over my face. I found it a daily battle to fit in and find my place amongst the crowds. We as Humans are pack animals and all we do in life is try to fit in right? Who wants to be pushed out and alone? No one! I found the more I tried to find myself in school with groups, the more I realized I thought differently, acted differently and wanted different things from life. This mind-set expressed its self in the way I spent my free time. While I was thinking about where I wanted to be in the next 10 years of my life and ultimately try to find my calling, even at such a fragile age. I did not fall into social trends or pressures, but created my own paths and walked it with pride. Needless to say I was misunderstood, skinny and confused about where I fit in. When I was just 14 years old, seems like such an age ago. I was introduced by a family member to the gym, a day that would transform the rest of my life and give me meaning. The bar bell saved my life and would change me forever. Finally I found something I was good at. I found something I could strive to achieve something great with, and more importantly, something I could proudly claim as my own. I had found my identity through the barbell. As time progressed and so did my body, I saw changes and experienced changes in the way people looked at me. I felt confident as I grew, forever expanding my knowledge in the field of fitness. Finding my passion in the barbell saved my life, and has seen me through many struggles in my life, one of which was failing a career in the military due to an unforeseen injury that was out of my hands. My whole world came crushing down around me as things were happening in my life that for once I had no control over. But through these times, the barbell was there for me. Now fast forwarding many trials later and many character building moments. Delving into bodybuilding, powerlifting, CrossFit and bodyweight training. I want to pass my skills and my knowledge onto you guys through my YouTube channel and ultimately try and change the lives of people around the world. And now through the power of social media I am doing just that! I have touched the lives of hundreds of people through my YouTube channel spreading a positive message that we can all grow stronger together. Unity through fitness.
