Kyle Rittenhouse NOT GUILTY of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm - Lawyer Explains
*MINOR CORRECTION: A barrel under 16 inches would still be in violation of the statute. This is still an irrelevant issue here, as there is no evidence that the barrel is under 16 inches.*
Kyle Rittenhouse is accused of killing two people and injuring a third. He is claiming self defense as justification. Some people are saying that because he was a minor in possession of a firearm, that he is not entitled to self defense. This is wrong, and here's why.
