The Russo brothers appeared at a gaming awards show. The audience was all abuzz on Twitter and Instagram. What Avengers news would they have? Would there be a trailer? What about a teaser? Nope. The Russo brothers completely trolled the audience and it was good fun.
New Holland's oatmeal stout is called The Poet and given the raven on the label, it appears to be a node to Edgar Allan Poe. Smooth and rich, with notes of oats on the nose and mouth, The Poet is a good example of style. Have you tried The Poet? What are your thoughts?

Taming Kirix since the Mists of Pandaria drop is a bit more challenging than before. Gone is the Aspect of the Wild and Kirix can interrupt your tame, even when Deterrence engaged. Time to pile of Ancient Hysteria for some casting speed and a frost trap to slow Kirix a bit. Then pull, Disengage, Deterrence and Cast Tame like a made fool. Made it just before Kirix killed me.

On the first day of May 2021, the 34th edition of Survive the Hunt was released by the FailRace channel. Every month, FailRace fans eagerly anticipate the arrival of the new episode of Survive the Hunt. A few days later, the Discussing the Survive the Hut video is released, with some of the hunter chat included to help viewers understand what is going on. The discussion video also means the soon arrival of LongbowX's Survive the Hunt perspective video. Fans also know other videos will soon arrive. Next is Laddo's Survive the Hunt perspective, usually unedited and with a much longer Hunter audio. Once all of the FailRace associated Survive the Hunt videos have been released, fans know what is coming next. The know soon the combined perspective video will be released.
Each month, Channel Dad Bryon Lape pulls the videos from the FailRace, LongbowX, and the Laddo show channels. Editing can take quite a bit of time, depending on how many edits were made. Typically, Longbow makes the most, but there are times Alex will edit a few portions of the FailRace released video. The Hunter audio is used as a measure for the combined edits, with messages being used as markers against Alex's video. Finally out the door is the combined edit for Survive the Hunt #34. This is the main video and does not include the extra video Alex added on the tail nor the Forza racing video he used to pad the run-time.
Is there a video of FailRace you would like to see in a combined edit that is not in the playlist? Leave a comment below.

Many people believe the Old Testament says the Israelites conquered the Canaanites completely and replaced the population. The Old Testament doesn't actually say that and neither does the archeology. Now DNA research shows the land of Israel and Palestine is populated with people who share DNA with the Canaanites that have been found buried in the region. Really??
Channel Dad Bryon Lape reads an article on the National Geographic website about a DNA study. The article is written by Andrew Lawler. Want to know more? Here is the link to the article.
https://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/2020/05/dna-from-biblical-canaanites-lives-modern-arabs-jews/
The article reveals the surprising heritage of these mysterious Bronze Age people. Who exactly were the Canaanites? When did they appear? Were they a single people or a mix of various people groups who migrated into the area of Israel and Palestine at different times? How much like the Canaanites listed in the Old Testament were these people? The DNA test does help to piece a few things together, but more study is needed.
What about the other people listed in the Old Testament as living in this area? What of the Judean, Moabite, Ammonite? Those DNA studies will soon be coming, hopefully.

All porters are ales. All stout are ales. Some stouts are porters, but not all porters are stouts. There is a different between porters and stouts, despite what some believe. From Founders comes a dark beer that distinctly a porter. It does not skirt the porter/stout boundary, nor does it flirt with being a brown ale. This one is all porter. Behold, the Founders Porter Review by Brainmuffin.

Time to over some photography topics and ideas. A good place around here is Harbin Park in Fairfield, Ohio. There are many trails and some wildlife, plus it is easy to get away from people and noise to shoot video.
Saturday, May the Fourth (be with you) was a good time to be out. Mild temps and sunshine created good light for trying various techniques and ideas. There was even time to do an iPhone video of Blue Sky.
Equipment used during the day was a Nikon D7000 and N8008s. Yes, film was also shot on this day. Once developed a shot comparison video will be produced.
So, enjoy the videos and please comment.
