Today i saw a post where someone called S1L3N7_D3A7H reached 43.5Mh/s on his Vega 64 only using 130 Watts of power! I am not very sure how he accomplished these speeds, if we take a closer look we can see first that he is mining UBIQ that only has a DAG file of 1GB+, and also that he seems to be able to lock the Core and Memory at the speeds he wants to get them (1000Mhz core, 1100Mhz memory). On my benchmarks i have noticed that the gpu will not grab the 1100mhz even if you set it to that number, it mostly runs at 800mhz and jumps to it a few times, and also the core just jumps from 1100 to 1500 quit a bit, so this needs some more research for me to see how he accomplished these speeds.
