Hydro Thunder Gameplay (PS2) - All Playable Tracks
What I have here is an Arcade game made by Midway before it went bankcrupt in 2009 and shut down in 2010. Back in the days, I used to play this game on PS1 but the graphic was horrible. It was ported to N64, Sega Dreamcast and PC too. The Dreamcast port is the best port among other platforms.
This game is included in Midware Arcade Treasures 3 for the PS2 port. The graphic looks much better and beautiful but it lacks a lot of stuffs unlike other platforms though such as Catacomb Bonus Course and 4 Bonus Boats. No idea why Midway didn't include it in this compilation.
I keep on using Tidal Blade boat because it has great handling, speed, boost speed and jump. I don't want to use Hard Boats because the handlings are horrible even though they are fast.
This gameplay aims to show you all tracks that you can race. This port doesn't have Main Menu music and loading screen sound so I added them myself using PS1 sounds. All in all, I hope you guys enjoy the gameplay in 60fps :) ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TQQLUdDLYQ
Man...If I have a powerful PC, I would like to experience Online Battle in this game via Parsec. I also like to play this game in 4K too and then make it a 6 hours movie playthrough, that would be dope. Rendering time for just an hour video always took 4 hours to complete with my current setup, that sucks. I also would like to make playthroughs for demanding games like Dying Light, Mafia 1 Remake, Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, Death Stranding, Dark Souls 3, Rise of the Tomb Raider etc. PC parts are so expensive where I live, thanks to the stupid taxes.
Anyway, now that I'm done with this playthrough, I would like to take a break from FFNY for awhile and focus on my other unfinished playthroughs: Freekstyle, HCTP, Aggressive Inline and Rolling. I'll probably do some requests but not much. There will be a Tank playthrough for Def Jam Vendetta in the future but it will take some time because I want to grind a lot of cash and it will be a 100% stat playthrough just to show ya'll some differences in variety of movesets for each hero in that game. I prefer to use money cheat just to save my time but I don't want people to mock me for using cheat.
I enjoyed doing this playthrough for Percy Jules even though I lost motivation right in the middle of the playthrough. Streetfighting + Martial Arts + Wrestling is a decent fighting style. Good haymaker but his strings are not very good especially those quick punches and kicks. That's why I rarely doing 4 hits combo in this playthrough. This fighting style has two best whip punch and whip kick, the whip punch is super quick, can be combo-ed with running grapple or a quick grapple follow up while whip kick has invincibility frame in it's animation which only can be blocked and almost impossible to counter, the safest move for this style imo. It has crappy ground attacks, I don't like it, you're vulnerable from using them. Since this style has Max Upper Strength, it will do a lot of damages and could cause chain stun for rear quick grapple and post-blazin' move punish follow up.
And Oh yeah, that 'Maxout' cheat that I mentioned in the beginning of this playthrough. Yeah, it doesn't unlock a new fighter or anything. I've tested it after this final part. Kinda disappointed because I thought I could unlock that Beta Hero in this retail version with that sweet 4 fighting styles in his arsenal like in the Demo version, bummer. I really hope someone could mod the movesets in this game and make your Custom Character learn all the 5 styles. It's weird to think that for almost 15 years old game like this, nobody could mod the movesets yet.
So, next step is to finish both playthroughs for Freekstyle and HCTP. Thanks for watching this playthrough, hope ya'll enjoy watching it.

A little bit laggy at this venue, definitely due to my weakass PC that can't render correctly. This venue has the most environmental opportunities compared to other venues. You can enjoy grilling opponent in this game but please don't imitate this action in the real life...

Cowboy has below than average Health and Stamina but he has a good Rage Meter duration. His Rage Meter depletes slowly and I think you can actually wreck 3-4 enemies by spamming his standing Rage Move. I'm not a fan of this mission. It's a 'meh'...you'll keep running around in this map completing objectives and there are not many fights, you don't even get to fight the JSB's leader either, Knox. You are supposed to fight JSBs at the cemetery at some point of this game but it was unfortunately cut out. So, even though this level doesn't offer much action, at least you actually get to play as Cowboy and have the chance to play this level. Knowing Rockstar, they love cutting the good stuffs and game levels. I mean just look at Bully, a lot of good stuffs got cut out and we are left with the boring stuffs...it sucks...

Art of Pain is a strong blazin' move. Usually it will cause stun but the backward handstand at the end looks unnecessary imo.
Also, the cornrows in this game is just black lines texture on CC's head and looks ridiculous hahaha. It looks like someone drew lines using a Sharpie or something if you look closely during the loading screen. But still, at least it has hair physics. It looks good on non-CC fighters like Ludacris, Fam-Lay, Chiang, Nyne and Crow though.

I love this game. Too bad this game doesn't receive much appreciation unlike the 2nd game does. I don't think the 2nd game would have even exist if it isn't because of this game.
When playing on Hard Difficulty, striking is a bad idea. The AIs keep blocking like they already knew what the player will do next. Grapples and doing combos are the way to go to win this game. If you knew ways to manipulate the AI, that would be even better. Hope you enjoy the gameplay.

Requested by MystixFFNY. This is my dream match request. I always wanted to play as Crazy Legs for a long time but what I do get to play are just fighters that I'm not familiar with against Crazy Legs. For example, me as Crack VS Crow VS Sean Paul VS Crazy Legs, me as Jacob VS Crazy Legs in Inferno Match and lastly, me as Masa VS Crazy Legs. Some of these awful requests are trying real hard to piss me off. GTFO and to hell with those atrocious requests.
Why is it so hard to let me play as Crazy Legs for once? I know Crazy Legs is pretty much broken with his strings but I don't give a damn about it. My channel is called 'Mr. Noob' because I don't know how to play this game and other games properly. Why me against Crazy Legs all the time? I've lost count of how many times I have said that I don't want to fight against Crazy Legs but people refuse to understand.
Since this is my dream match, this vid is exclusively in 4K60fps among my other requests.

This Act is pretty easy but that 'Subway Ride' is BS, I hate that mission. Also, I can't wait to unlock a bigger spray cap in the next Act so I can finish bombings much faster. This is a short Act but writing with that small spray cap is taking forever.

Finally got the analog grips for my DualShock 4, took awhile to reach to my home due to this pandemic. Did ya'll notice how 'glowy' the white color is in this vid? It's like you have been sent down to earth like a holy messiah or something. There's a guy who managed to find a fix for it, I will fix it in the next playthrough for sure thanks to him.
Also, I got a copyright claim right in the middle of Crow's fight. I can't remove it because it will mute the whole fight. So, Joe's credit song will stay in this playthrough. I'm just hoping it would not turn into a copystrike in the future. I'm a Budden's fanboy so I'm sure he'll be cool with it. Anyway, hope ya'll enjoy the gameplay.
