Amazing experience at the Great Canadian Bungee! (Jun. 18, 2016)
This is the best thing I have ever done in a very long time. It's my first time bungee jumping and I did it not once but twice! I also did the Ripride zipline there and the bungee was way better. Really like the feeling of freefalling and the rebound up and also enjoyed the water dip on my first jump. This is the official video purchased there; I have another video filmed from the side and will upload it later.
The absolute highlight of my life, here's my first sighting of the Antonov An-225 Mriya, the world's largest aircraft. This 6-engine airlifter is transporting medical equipment from Tianjin to Montreal as part of efforts to combat the coronavirus pandemic. The aircraft made stops in Nagoya and Anchorage before its red-eye flight here.
This is its second mission to Montreal this month, after a visit early in May which was its first visit to Mirabel since 2012. The Antonov An-225 was based on the An-124, the second-largest aircraft, and was originally conceived to transport the Buran space shuttle on its back. Development lagged, and the Mriya made its first flight in December 1988, a month after Buran's sole spaceflight mission. After the Buran program and the Soviet Union ended in 1991, the aircraft was placed into storage and refurbished in 2001 for commercial service, carrying outsize cargo. Changes from the An-124 included two extra engines, longer fuselage and wingspan, dual vertical stabilisers, four extra pairs of landing gears, and the rear cargo door/ramp was eliminated to save weight.
This is the one and only An-225. There is a second incomplete An-225, and while there are benefits to complete it, no plan to do so came into fruition due to lack of funding.
This is the highlight of my life, as I previously missed its visit to Toronto in 2014 as mental health issues back then prevented me from leaving home. Since then, I have tried to seek opportunities to see this aircraft. During its unloading on this mission, one of the engine fuel pumps developed a problem and needed a replacement, thus requiring the aircraft to stay here overnight. I will not be able to film its departure.
Later on in the day I continued my task as part of the team for the Count Me In Leadership Summit, originally to take place in Camp Trillium, however we moved the summit online due to the pandemic. Absolutely amazing to hear world-famous keynote speakers like Jessie Funk, David Flood, and A'ric Jackson.

Welcome aboard the final leg of my travels to Comox from last year! Featured here is the Pacific Coastal Airlines Beechcraft 1900D on a flight from Comox to Vancouver. This was filmed in September 2021 after debriefing from the last day of my Outward Bound Canada 14-day sea kayaking trip.
Highlights of this flight includes an unusually low cruise altitude of 2,500 ft, a beautiful sunset, as well as a different livery on the aircraft compared to other aircraft of this airline. Enjoy!

Here is Société de transport de l'Outaouais (Gatineau) 1601, a 2016 Nova Bus LFS Artic HEV on route 35 CEGEP Gabrielle-Roy. This is the first Nova articulated hybrid in operation in Canada, and also the first to operate with the BAE HDS300 powertrain. To date this is still the only such bus operating in the whole of Canada, but will soon be joined by Réseau de transport de la Capitale in Quebec City who has also ordered 24 of the same type of bus and will enter service late August 2016.
This bus was manufactured in January 2016, and was actually put into service that month on route 200/400, but was only running on January 12-15 before being returned to Nova Bus in Saint-Eustache for modifications. It was returned back to the STO in May, and finally entered full service in late July.
Sorry for the shaking that occurs, the road pavement was in poor condition causing many bumps throughout much of the ride. Also I seem to have accidentally covered the audio output part of my camera which is why some parts of the video appear muted or much quieter than normal.

Here is Réseau de transport de la Capitale 1513, a Nova Bus LFS HEV on route 21 Place d'Youville. As I found that my previous video of the RTC hybrid was too shaky, I decided to film it again, and also because it is now in the summer the windows are more clear and free from the snow outside. The A/C was good, but was not quite even and was a little hot in the back near the engine, so I thought this was a point where it could be improved.

Here's Société de transport de Montréal 36-019, a 2016 Nova Bus LFS HEV. This is the second STM bus to be fitted with frameless windows, and as you can see, it adds a much more futuristic look to it. Of the 27 hybrids for 2016, 36-001 to -010 have A/C but with sliding windows, 36-011 to -017 has no A/C, and 36-018 to -027 have A/C and frameless windows. This is on route '11 Parc du Mont-Royal / Ridgewood', one of the routes of the Centre du transport de Mont-Royal division.

What an absolutely amazing flight! Here's my first time on the Boeing 737 MAX from Toronto to Vancouver! This is a comprehensive review covering the main stages of the flight, and views inside the cabin. This is a very comfortable product, the seat width is good but the legroom is really amazing, it was probably the biggest legroom I have ever seen in any airline's economy class. The crew and the service were really amazing as well.
These Boeing 737 MAX come with the Sky Interior as production standard, as well as the Space Bins that are noticeably larger than the previous version of the Sky Interior bins, and certainly much larger than on its competitor, the Airbus A320neo of which I have also filmed. They are equipped with a SATCOM antenna that transmits signals to the WestJet Connect app, where installed before flight provides services like entertainment, flight map, and for an added fee, WiFi to your tablet device.
This is my third sighting of a 737 MAX overall and my first time seeing it in an airline livery, the first two sightings being Boeing's N8702L test aircraft at Boeing Field in Seattle in May 2016.
I want to thank WestJet for such an amazing experience, and I can't wait to see more 737 MAX in the fleet as well as looking forward to try the 737 MAX 10 come 2021!

Here is Conseil intermunicipal de transport Laurentides 623, an ex-Nova Bus demo bus built in 2011 in Plattsburgh, NY, and delivered to CITL in 2013, operated by Autobus Paquette. Defining features include the Allison H 40 EP hybrid powertrain, frameless windows, and LFX ceiling similar to the Viva and WEGO units. This was my first time on CIT Laurentides, and also my very first ride on a hybrid bus with the Allison powertrain, as all of my previous hybrid bus rides were with the BAE HybriDrive powertrain whether it be Orion, Nova Bus, New Flyer, or Alexander Dennis.
This has been one of the more interesting and memorable bus rides I took, since for a few minutes we followed STM 36-902, a brand new Nova Bus LFSe electric bus that I filmed about an hour before taking this bus (also on my channel). We were on CITL route 90 to Terminus Saint-Eustache, and the LFSe was also driving on that route (obviously not in service) before pulling over. It can be seen at 2:32 and 3:01.
This was initially filmed with the Canon Rebel SL1 with 24-105 mm lens until 0:46 when it ran out of battery, and switched to the Sony DSC-TX30 0:47 onwards.

Here is my first ride on the Société de transport de l'Outaouais 2017 articulated hybrids, on 400 Station Labrosse filmed from Rideau Centre to De la Cité Station. This is the main route through the Rapibus corridor, and in this video also features a tour of De la Cité, the largest station in the corridor and features a footbridge, customer service, and a restaurant.
This is also my fourth overall ride on a Nova Bus LFS Artic HEV, after STO 1601, RTC 1667 (twice) last year. These, along with STM's electric buses are the best in Quebec and have good suspension with good A/C and comfortable seats with low noise.

Perhaps one of my favorite highlights of my visit to London this year, here's my first ride on the brand new Class 710 on the Gospel Oak to Barking Line (GOBLIN)! They were really smooth and comfortable and the air conditioning was really good.
These trains entered service only a few days back on 23 May, however, this was after multiple delays in deliveries due to software problems found during testing. It was initially planned to enter service around this time last year, then pushed back to November 2018, then to early 2019, and finally approved by the Office of Rail and Road in April 2019 with driver training continuing on. Owing to the late entry into service, the GOBLIN reached crisis point when the Class 172 diesel units were scheduled to be removed from the line due to a non-extendable lease deadline in March 2019 which the trains were transferred to West Midlands Trains. TfL then shortened three Class 378 to four cars to run on the line with a reduced interval from 15 to 30 minutes each train, and with the trains now in service, a regular schedule can be expected somewhere this summer. As an apology, there will be a month of free travel on the line this September.
This is the full video of the line westbound from Barking to Gospel Oak, on the 1538 departure as 2G55.
