Senior management conformation of totally inappropriate behaviour of their staff and their subordinate management, following listening to the calls which they log. 07. Failure to comply with the UK legislation, in the form of mandatory compliance with the Data Protection Act Subject Access Request system. 08. Starting to argue the toss over the consensus which hadn't been challenged for up to two years, calling into question the police's report and investigations and once again deriding the victim. 09.
