How-to-Talk-and-Properly-handle-Yourself-in-the-Face-of-Tyranny-with-Mark-Emory-with-the-Light-House-Law-Club
**Video Transcript*
All right, folks. This is Mark Emory with the lighthouse law club. And I think by now you’re very well aware that, uh, we’re at war, the elitists of the globalist cabal. I have initiated a full frontal assault on our way of life on us as people on our families, our values, our freedoms, and their intention is to destroy not only our way of life, but in fact many of us in the process. And what you need to be aware of that I think you already are. All right? So I’m not going to get into the why’s and the wherefores that’s self-evident and a given in this situation. So in this video, it’s my intention to give you a very quick bootcamp training session on how to properly handle yourself in the face of tyranny when the minions and the agents of corporate and government control show up on your doorstep or get in your face on the streets.
Speaker 1: (01:15)
All right? We need to handle ourselves properly. And in this short video, I’m going to lay out at least some of the ammunition that you’ll be able to use. And it comes with the peaceful use of knowledge and the law and standing firm in your position and not bowing down. All right? We’ve gotten into this position for one reason and one reason alone, we have been fat ignorant in the lazy for the last 50 years, taking for granted the freedoms that we have and we have not stood our ground against the constant chipping away of freedom by the socialists who run all the governments of the world. Okay? So here we are, and now we need to either fight and win or die literally, if not our way of life, our future and the future of our kids. All right? So enough said on that.
Speaker 1: (02:16)
Mmm. It all kind of boils down to this. All right. Um, I’m going to give you a crash course, as I mentioned, uh, how to deal with these agents. And this applies really to any and all agents of corporate, municipal government at any level. All right? State, local, County, federal, doesn’t matter. It’s all corporate, municipal government, all right? Now in any situation, it’s important for you to stand your ground. And you do that very simply by controlling the situation, by being the one, asking the questions. The one who’s asking the is the one who’s in control. The one who’s fielding the questions is the one who’s on defensive and you know that. Alright, so here’s scenario number one. You’re on the street. Maybe you’re in a protest or you’re walking down the street, um, in, in contravention to the governor’s orders that you’re supposed to be at home. And a municipal agent comes up to you and says, show me your papers. You reply, what papers do I have a legal obligation to carry papers with me at all times?
Speaker 1: (03:39)
Can you tell me what that law is? What was it? Was it a law that was actually passed by the legislature? Of course it wasn’t. The officer comes back and says, well, no, it’s an emergency order by the mayor or the governor and your reply. Oh, I see. Is that based on the so-called pandemic, right? Yes, it is. You mean officer the, are you talking about the pandemic? Which w w which has hospitalization and death statistics, which are lower than the seasonal flu according to the CDC, his own statistics on their website, you mean that pandemic?
Speaker 1: (04:22)
Do you see the CDCs on statistics show that this is not a pandemic and so the basis for the order is false, meaning that the order itself is without lawful effect. It’s based on a false premise. So officer, both you and the governor swore an oath to defend the constitution. Am I correct? Well, yes. Well that oath is your contract with me and I’m going to hold you to that contract. Violations of that contract are unauthorized. I do not consent. So whatever you may do or think in contravention to your contract with me, and when you step outside your scope of authority, you lose the cloak of sovereign immunity. And you know what that means. It means you become personally liable for damages, which you may incur by violating your contract with me. Officer. Let me ask you, are you familiar with title 18 sections two 41 and two 42 of the U S code denying my rights under color of law?
Speaker 1: (05:39)
Are you familiar with the penalties for each violation? $250,000 for each incidence of a violation of each one of my rights. And if you act without authority, you are personally liable. Are you clear that officer? Well, let me help you out here. Alright, I’m trying to help you. I’m trying to save you from trouble. All right? We don’t need to conflict. We don’t need to step into a bear trap. But if you take one more step towards violating your contract with me, you’re going to fall into a tiger pit, which is right in front of you.
Speaker 1: (06:23)
And I know you probably have a family. You want to live in peace and I want that for you too. All right? So to ensure this peace and tranquility for you and your family, I encourage you to go on about your business and leave me the hell alone. A
