Die St. Fillans`s Mühle wurde in den 1840er Jahren von John Campbell dem 2. Marquis von Breadalbane (1796 - 1862) gebaut.

Heute ist das Breadalbane Folklore Centre in der alten St.Filan`s Mühle untergebracht. Ein altes, gigantisches Wasserrad dreht sich noch heute und zeugt von einer Zeit, in der die Mühle noch genutzt wurde, um Mehl zu mahlen und feinsten Tweed zu weben. Denn das Breadalbane Folklore Centre ist eine ehemalige Wassermühle, die vor sehr langer Zeit, nämlich im Jahre 1840, gebaut wurde.
