I am gonna take a minute to open up a little here and tell you about how this song and the first two albums by Linkin Park affected me. Hybrid Theory came out when I was at school and for a lot of kids like me it was not a nice place socially at all. I did not fit in and almost everyone made sure I knew that. Then I heard this song. Along with the album it really helped me escape what was a horrible reality and was my first real major influence into doing this music game properly. I owe a lot of my musical inspiration and journey to this band and Chesters amazing voice and often intense lyrics. Two weeks ago we lost an incredible talent but music is quite simply timeless. I want to ask anyone who is feeling the depths of despair and has no idea how to go on, to reach out and talk to someone. I wanted to do this video as not only a tribute but also to hopefully help keep someone alive. Please talk! I have been playing around with colour sounds recently. You know those big harmonically rich pads and basses you hear in dubstep, future bass and so on.
