Hey! Welcome back to another indie game devlog for my aquarium simulator game Melorium, ive been really busy the past few weeks but I wanted to show you all my progress so far!
This week I added the first particles into my game; bubbles! Fish now blow bubbles as they swim, as well as adding a filter to the decor section of the game which also helps reduce algae production. I worked further on the Creative Mode of the game as well as adding cinematic cameras :D I hope you enjoy

A small snippet of an old clip, I changed how my fish stored their variables so I could have every fish species on a single modular script and with this came this bug, the fish would try to reach their maximum size, but it had no limit, so they would keep growing and growing which caused some funny results

In this devlog i'll show you the latest progress of my game in which I completed the plant growth system, the plants can now grow the same as the fish and snails from baby right through to large.
I then added two variants of stone models into the game as some basic decorations to get that system in place. I also began redesigning the UI which will be finished in the next devlog!
