Color values on the Spectrogram equal the color information coming from the dependencies, of the antennae information. There is a reciprocal, inverse relationship between Mode 1 Amplitude, and Mode 4 Quality; based on the slope, or size/shape of the wave. Universe relationship between the height, and width of the incoming signals, which is the radio waves of the lightning, or other electric discharges in the area. Harmonics work with half-waves, quarter-waves, etc. The Mode coloring system represents the size-shape (slope) relationship between the electric and magnetic-sides of the signal. White = Mode 1 Yellow = Mode 2 Red = Mode 3 Green = Mode 4 Dark-dark Blue = At rest condition of the background, Zero, in essence. If one thinks of these as Time stamps, it might be helpful. In principle, the tallest part of the incoming signal is highly electric, less magnetic, is is 90 degrees off-axis to the electric-side. The tallest portion of the wave is the White mode [1] Amplitude [A]; consequently the narrowest of width, which is the magnetic-side, as represented by [Q], or Quality Mode [1], which is the Q1Mode. Green Mode [4] is the most magnetic of the signal, least electric. It has a relatively small height [A], but wide width [Q]. The initial flash of electricity from a lightning discharge, or in the case of a solar forcing, we see a rise in the White Mode, due to electron release from the upper atmosphere. This starts as a White Mode activity. Then, the signal moves through the cycle of yellow, red, green modes, as it moves from electric to magnetic, while traveling through the atmosphere, passing-by the antennae. Schumann Resonances themselves do not spike. Resonances simply get louder, and break-off into harmonics, as the intensity increases. The upright spikes are discharges of electron energy. "Whiteouts" are overloads, so to speak, of the electric channel overwhelming the plotter in creating the representation, with the White of Mode 1Amplitude. It's not measuring "incoming white light" from any Source, because the system is not set-up to detect those types of signals, nor is the spectrogram detecting or picking-up those kinds of signals. which people are alluding to. 23 April 2021. Cumiana Report Update; Tomsk Data Voids - Personal Observations. This is less of a technical observation, than a general thought on the use of colors in the spectrogams. Directional meter. The directional meter is a diagram of the direction of the magnetic flux. A color is attached to a narrow range of the 360 degrees of possible "attack" of the magnetics. Here is the principle: a color must be attached to a sensor reading, of some type. Additionally, more color information must be decyphered, and decrypted into useful information. It makes for a colorful plotting; however, what are we looking at? Compare the directional meter, to the graph below it. Match-up the color codes of the direction, to the placement on the scale of frequency in Hertz. More color information does not necessarily give a greater enjoyment from the meter readings... unless one is viewing this as modern art. One needs to study the patterns, over a long-term period. - Current conditions: VLF monitoring. Shows two spectrogram-type graphs, with a top bar which records time/date, Freq range; website; in addition to a vu meter in units of deciBels, which indicates the Intensity, or Vertical conductivity channel; in addition to a horizontal graphing of the strength of this signal. Intensity is the height component, while strength would relate the the density. Amplitude is the voltage, in the relative scale of -100 to 0. This VU meter, registering deci-Bels, expresses a color-code. On this tiny meter, we see the color information, with is related to a place on the scale. Our "redline: occurs at the -50 dB mark. In this panel, there are two scales of signals represented. Depending on where one looks for the definition, the meaning of VLF signal can be misleading. For radio waves, VLF technically ends at 30Hz. Schumann Resonances stop at ~46 Hz. Tomsk Space Observatory caps their detector antennae at 40 Hz. The top spectrogram records the Low Frequency range from 0 - 15,000 Hz. The lower Spectrogram records activity between the range of 0 - 1500 Hz. This is our VERTICAL FREQUENCY of the magnitude of those spikes. We see moderate, but consistent activity below 100Hz. A Mode is essentially a "band", or bandwidth of measurement, within the EMF spectrum. In this case, ELF is broken-up into 4 segments, or modes. The totality of the SR is broken-down into 4 MODES, as per Tomsk, SOS. What Is The ELF portion of the spectrum? This is a bit confusing, relative to the Schumann resonances. It seems to depend on who is doing the measuring. "Schumann resonances are the principal background in the part of the electromagnetic spectrum from 3 Hz through 60 Hz, and appear as distinct peaks at extremely low frequencies (ELF) around 7.83 Hz (fundamental), 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 Hz. The International Telecommunications Union designates bands as listed in the table below. We see the Modes as bandwidths, separations (similar to octaves) of the entire spectrum. It is the means of breaking-down the entire spectrum of EMF waves, which span a wide range of ELF radio waves White is Mode 1. This correlates to the highest layer of the ionosphere, furthest away from the planet. Highest frequency, of the low-range energy where the resonances reside. Yellow is Mode 2, which measures a lower frequency range, or bandwith, than the White Mode. Red is Mode 3, which measures successively lower range of bandwith than Yellow.
