This is what happens when you program your NES roms on old unreliable emulators and then play them on accurate emulators/real hardware.

Progress has been pretty slow lately, ever since COVID I've been working my ass off at retail doing 9-6 for 6 days a week etc so I haven't had nearly as much time to work on the engine like I used to (which already wasn't too much spare time).
Here's the progress I've made so far anyway! A couple of new placeholder weapons, seamless music which is pretty cool, and a way to preview .B3D models in the engine. Inventory has also improved a lot now management wise, but items still need to be able to be dropped and picked up by the player. Also a tonne of other fixes and new minor commands such as a new ExecIf command not demonstrated here.
New patreon alpha builds will be uploaded in the next day or so, so if you wanna play with that here you go:

Sorry about the CRT flickering, but pretty cool! I used minecraft Alpha because this specific version in the video is the first version I ever played and also I read somewhere that the latest version needs java 7 or something like that however 98 can't install anything higher than java 6 (with KernelEx)
98 PC specs from the recording of this video if you're interested:
Motherboard: ASRock 775i65g
Sound: Sound Blaster 128 Vibra
Video card: Nvidia GeForce 5200 FX AGP8X
CPU: 2.80Ghz dual core Celeron D (Windows 98 only can use 1 core though)
512MB Ram (I read that windows 98 can run with 1GB ram but can be buggy with that much ram so got half instead)
