Q: What's with the random speed ups/slow downs/stutters?
A: I used Dolphin to limit the emulation to at most 20% of the regular speed, and used Cheat Engine to limit the recording software to 20% of the regular speed, so of course there's going to be speed ups/slow downs/stutters
