In this sermon series Pastor Wagner teaches that the pattern for church government is one pastor overseeing a local church, and not a plurality of elders. If a church is large enough to merit multiple elders, then multiple elders should be ordained for that church, but if the church is small enough for one pastor to oversee it, then that church should only have one pastor. Deacons are for serving widows tables and nothing else, and therefore if a church doesn't have enough widows that need food taken to them, then a church doesn't need any deacons.
