updated 8/24/2023: i fixed the issue with the wrong stl files being uploaded.
this is a zip file for a set of four STLs to make a 35 round ar 22 magnum magazine. they use black dog machine ar22 springs, the kind designed for 32 round magazines. i recommend printing the mag body using the sloping back top corner as the bottom surface to stick to the print bed. no supports required.
this is a shortened version of CAR15 hand guards that will fit a pistol length gas system with a round hand guard cap. Comes as one piece, just print two copies.
This is a beta of a 7 shot, pump action, 37mm flare launcher. My model is built around an et cetera CM2037 37mm barrel, your may need to modify the design to fit your unique barrel.
updated 3-23-24
-optional tri rail grip
hardware required:
-6-32 drill and tap set
-1/4-20 drill and tap set
-24" 5/8 x 5/8 aluminum rod (cut into 9.25" and 14.75" sections)
-4" 5/8" round rod (cut to 97mm, one end rounded)
-36" 1/4"-20 threaded rod (easier to cut after its been screwed into support holes)
- 3/4" round aluminum rod (will be cut into a 1/4" thick section)
-6-32 socket head screws
--1" x8
--3/4" x9
--1/2" x7
-8-32 socket head screw, 5/8" long plus square nut
- approximately 55mm long 7.4mm OD spring for firing pin return
-approximately 36mm long 6.5mm OD spring for ejection port cover plunger
-1/4-20 1 3/8" long hex head bolt for cylinder locking bolt
-1/4-20 1" socket head screw for ejection port hinge
-1/4-20 2" or longer bolt, head size is irrelevant because it will be cut off and ground into shape after being inserted.
-OPTIONAL 1/2-13 threaded rod, 12" if you chose to print a buffer tube with the supplied model.
AR15 specific parts
-firing pin
-Hammer, trigger, disconnect, selector springs and pins.
-pistol grip (can be printed)
-carbine stock (can be printed)
-vertical grip
-OPTIONAL carbine buffer tube (can be printed or the plug can be printed)
i included files for two drilling jigs so that you can use a hand drill to drill pilot holes for the 6-32 and 1/4-20 holes in the aluminum rods.
there is a jig for drilling and cutting the aluminum breach face. the 6-32 pilot hole drill is the right size to drill the firing pin hole.
the is a copy of a 37mm round that uses a 209 primer to launch 3 15mm flares or scare cartridges. they are re-loadable. they use a hair rubber band in the channel to hold the 3 15mm shells in place.
there is a copy of a 26.5mm to 37mm adapter
i'll post updates soon.
this piece requires a 10.5" pr greater bbl, a usgi barrel nut, 4x 3/8" 6-32 socket head screws, 3x 1" 6-32 socket head screws, and 2x 1.25" 8-32 socket head screws and nuts.
the hand carry handle is fitted to an holosun 503, and requres 2x 1" 6-32 socket head screws. other t1 style red dots may fit but i haven't tried.
this is a step file for a 3d printed hard resetting trigger.
Mandatory parts:
-mil spec semi auto hammer and spring
-M16a2 Burst trigger and spring
-ar15 disconnect spring
-ar15 trigger pins
-ar15 bolt catch spring
-3/8" long 3/32 od roll pin (ar15 receiver)
-1/2" long 3/32 od roll pin (psa receiver)
-5/8" long 3/32 od roll pin (m16 cut receiver)
-M16A2 LEFT 3 round burst disconnect OR M16a1 Full auto disconnect
optional:
-M16a1/a2/a4 3 position disconnect (all are functionally interchangeable)
Note: this part may be printed, and will only work with M16 cut lower receivers. It would work with other versions if approximately 2mm of material is removed from the auto sear slot. consult the supplied files for reference.
Note: you may need to file the front edge of the disconnector to make it work in semi auto mode. A full auto disconnector may need to be modified to work with a full auto selector, the back tip may need to be heated up and bent 1-2mm to the left.

updated 9/22/2023: i fixed a defect in the AR1 housing.
this is an ultra low profile AR upper with an RMR mount. it doesn't have a forward assist, shell deflector, dust cover or pic rail. I haven't CNCed a metal version yet, just test printed to make sure the mount was correctly sized. The mount has m4x.7 screw threads.
this is a blade style brace that requires a 1" 5/16-18 socket head screw to make a wrist stabilizing brace that fits a mil spec carbine buffer tube. increase x and y axis to 101.5% to fit a commercial tube.
i made minor modifications to my original design. This one clears the bolt carrier but I don't have a 7.62 upper or 7.62x39 snap caps to test.
hardware required:
-usgi Ar15 fcg
-carbine buffer tube kit (no castle nut or back plate though)
-Romanian single stack ak mags (not sure if Chinese or Yugo single stack will work...)
-a Bear Creek side charging upper receiver (not sure if other brands will work)
-4x 6-32 2" long socket head screws for supporting the back end.
-1x 6-32 1" long socket head screw for supporting the pistol grip
-1x 8-32 square nut and 8-32 5/8" socket head screw for indexing the buffer tube.
-1x 8-32 1 1/4" long socket head screw for the mag release
-1x 1/4" by 1" long compression spring for the mag release
-2x 1/4" 1.5" long screw posts or hitch pins for mounting the upper to the lower.
i think you may need to take a dremal and remove the lump between the feed ramps of the ar15 style barrel for this to feed properly.
This is a two part replacement back piece for a SBPDW brace (or $75 amazon bootleg) that converts if from a brace to a stock. I printed the front piece with CFN and the back part with TPU.
you may have to saw 1/4" or so off the back of the metal prods that come with this original kit. You can add a magpul qd sling mount to a hole at the bottom of the stock. attaching the rubber pad to the stock requires 4 10-24 3/4" screws.
overall LOP at full extension as I have it configured is 12.5"
