'April Come She Will' sang on a journey to St Petersburg, Russia.
On a recent train trip from Moscow to St Petersburg I composed a rendition of, 'April Come She Will' originally a music success for the duo Simon and Garfunkel. Feel free to share and use as you like. It's public domain:)
Here's a revision of the Glen Campbell classic, "Where's the Playground Suzie?" Times change and lyrics should change to suit the nature of self-realisation in the human subject:)
Here's a Xmas song that reworks the tune 'Chicko and Man' into another Xmas tune titled, "Cheeko's Xmas King of Tides Song". I attempt to rework the style of Jose Feliciano by adding a few extra lines to the tune.
Here's a revision of the famous song about a lion called, '**Born Free**'. I reworked it a little bit but it retains the original portent of Matt Monroe and a desire for conservation of human freedom:)
Here's a cactus flower that opened on Christmas Day, 25th December, 2021 .A.D., I just woke up in the morning and looked on the porch at my Brisbane address in Queensland, Australia, and there it stood in all it's glory. It reminded me of those John Wayne westerns and the Yellow Rose of Texas. The Yellow Rose of Texas is a symbol of rebirth. I think it is quite poignant that it blooms on Christmas Day in Australia.
In this video Mr Robert Pembroke reworked the classic tune, 'Circle' by Mr Harry Chapin (1942-1981) via the use of transliterations that obliquely rotate in meaning away from the original hit 'Circle' from 'Sniper and Other Love Songs' (1972). It is a contentious method of composition appropriation because it challenges our views about originality and the nature of intellectual property within Civil Law. For example, when is a song deemed to be original rather than appropriated? Is novelty possible?
In this video Mr Robert Pembroke offered a simple design solution in woodwork for connecting a laptop computer to a 27 inch monitor.
It is a principle of design. It's really up to you if you decide to follow the sizes that he uses in the design of the computer pedestal.
If you decide to make a pc monitor pedestal for your laptop computer then be aware that your requirements for the plugs may vary the sizes that you require in terms of length and breadth of design in the wood work project he demonstrated:)
In this video Mr Robert Pembroke described a species of Crested Pigeon bird that frequents the suburbs of Brisbane, Australia. He offered an anecdote about the nature of animal enchantment which has resonance with Masonic writings on the 'Secret of the Peacocks Tail'. He described the micro-physical appearance of the feathers of the bird, and the relationship to mirror physics as it applies to the theory of the physics of colour evidenced in atomic microscopy.
The video also showed how you might life to document the bird life in your own suburb and relate it to your own understanding of the world.
In this video Mr Robert Pembroke described the reasons for the War(s) of Nations globally within the nature of historiography. He used a well tested and verified template within the sociological understanding of how War occurs throughout written human history. It is a peer reviewed method of narrative construction in Universities around the world.
We are now in the world of the Golden Ticket once more. Reinterpolation of facts will not provide an adequate buffer from reality. The contrivances that shield us from our own behaviour as human beings must be stripped away to reveal the janus face of human indecency that leads to the destruction of the pure of heart namely- the children;)
In this video Mr Robert Pembroke manipulates the meanings in the song, 'Taxi' (1972) by Mr Harry Chapin (1942-1981)to create a slightly different set of lyrics to go with the tune. In the revised song beliefs about appearance are linked to preconceptions we all have about habits in relation to hygiene. It challenges us all to reconsider the belief that it may prove deleterious to human survival when we fail to judge a book by its' cover. Appearances can be telling across Gender. This becomes especially contentious when we think of our relationships to people in the Age of Disease Pandemics such as COVID-19 Virus.
