In Episode 17, we embark on our quest for a video game... in a video game. Video game ception.
Welcome to Donut Mod 3! This is a mod of a game released in 2003 by the name of The Simpsons Hit and Run. I won't go too into detail here, but this is a fanmade mod that overhauls many of the missions, cars, collectibles, outfits, races, and even adds some new dialogue. For more information, visit http://donutteam.com/home/ - it will link you to how to install the mod, as well as provide links to other mods, a forum about the mod and the SHAR modding scene in general, and again, much much more!

Something about the varied group of three enemies works quite well here, I think. Now that they're no longer indistinguishable as "just use Earth Tremor", having to deal with all three different species attackers is a unique thing in this run so far.
Rules (subject to change as run continues)
10x enemy HP
No OHKO
No Fright Masks
No Gale Force
No Superguards
Start each battle fully healed
No badge/item drops
Minimal Clock Out usage (i.e. don't stunlock enemies)

In Episode 21, we now need to get a satellite for Frink by collecting flatmeat. We went from collecting fireworks to collecting flatmeat... what has Bart's life become?

Once again, I used save states, because execution is hard. This strategy is quite similar to Koop's level one strategy in his boss rush video (it is identical in Phase 3, but different in Phase 1 since I'm playing on the US version) Honestly, this was a boring finish to a run that I enjoyed quite a bit otherwise. Art Attack is just such a strong damaging option compared to the Rush badges in this scenario.
...Oh yeah, I'll do the Pit at some point.
Level One rules:

I probably could've made these a lot more fun, but... I did them, anyway. Also, that Clock Out T1 is unfortunately pretty pointless; it's more detrimental to your 3SP by taking away 2SP. Otherwise, still good challenges.

Shadow Sirens
Badges: P-Down, D-Up P
Items: Earth Quake
T1: Earth Tremor, Earth Quake (Stage Hazard)
(If no stage hazard)
T2: Shell Toss (0)
This fight is always a joke in normal conditions. I bought the Earth Quake from Charlieton and thought it'd be funny. The PDDUP is just for perfect damage and perfect ACs (when you don't get a stage hazard)
Can be done easily in a variety of ways.

I used different strategies for these two fights, which makes them interesting enough for D Tier. This one focused on using a lot of items. Also, the stage light really helped, lol
