The Happiness Equation by Neil Pasricha is so far, my absolute favorite read on happiness. The stories in the book were super fascinating and Neil Pasricha did a wonderful job integrating studies and facts with his own stories.

The author starts off the book by showing the most common flowchart for happiness. First you work really hard, then you become successful, then you become happy. Train, then win, then be happy. Well, he says that's a misconception and causes a lot of unhappiness. Similar to the Happiness Advantage, he shows that most people work better when they are happy, and better works leads to a higher chance of success, which reroutes the flowchart backwards.

You can learn my technique on how I never get angry or upset easily. Most of you watching this who know me personally have probably never seen me mad. And it’s true. I don’t get mad very often. It takes a lot for me to get upset. Wanna know my secret? Well, it comes down to my mindset, and hopefully by the end of this video, you’ll see how I think.
When I was in 9th grade, my mom and little brother were in a car accident.
I remember the phone call, I was so scared. I thought I was gonna lose them. The most frightening thought that ran through my head was “I’ll never get to talk to them again.” Almost losing someone that close is scary. What if you ended on a bad note?
Remember in one of my other videos, I said my senior quote was “appreciate what you have before time makes you appreciate what you had?”
The idea of that quote was to explain that if you aren’t appreciative of something when you have it, you’ll lose it and won’t have the opportunity to appreciate it later, because it’ll be gone. Whether that be someone in your life, like your girlfriend, something you own, like your car, or a part of you, like your hands. It could all be gone in a heartbeat. After it’s gone, you can’t continue to appreciate it, only what it used to be.
My second favorite quote is probably “you can’t be upset and grateful at the same time”. Here’s the secret. It’s true.
I’m grateful for my hands, my feet, my legs, and my nose.
My family, my car, my eyes, and my clothes.
My life, my friends, and my fingers and toes. I appreciate the sun, the sky, the moon and stars,
The ability to see my love from afar.
The fact that I have a roof over my head
And food in my fridge,
That I can sleep in a bed,
And not under a bridge.
You have to understand this. There are people who don’t have the ability to appreciate these things. People who were born at the wrong time and are now owned by an African government. People who have no legs or control of their hands. There are people who can’t even sit up out of bed, and you have the audacity to take it for granted and spend your energy being upset at someone? Forgive them for your own sake and start appreciating everything you’ve gracefully been given.
The next time you’re upset, find 10 things you’re grateful for, it’s harder than it sounds and you won’t be as upset by the time you’re done listing them. I challenge you to try it in the comments.

Learn the best tips to study better and learn quicker using 8 psychological tricks. Have you ever pulled an all-nighter for a test? Or gone into your room to study and just felt lost on some of the questions? There are times where we just do not study or learn correctly and we have to improve on that. It feels good to automatically know the answer to questions and even better to get a high grade in a challenging class. I went through most of my high school career just absorbing the information without having to study at all, but now that I’m in college, I have to prepare and actually work on my own time to earn my grades. Learning how to study through college has been one of the best skills I learned through my traditional university experience.
Getting enough sleep and eating a balanced diet is equally as important as being self-aware and learning how you learn best. Also know everyone learns differently, there are auditory learners, visual learners, and kinesthetic learners, and the way they consume the material and curriculum will be different. This is where being self aware and knowing yourself best comes in play when studying for a test.

So I recently had the privilege of reading the book “The American Dream” by Jason Navallo, where he interviews 6 industry-leading professionals, most of them being entrepreneurs, and all of them being successful by monetary standards. In this review, I’m going to be discussing some traits, mindsets, and ideas they all had in common so maybe we can share their success. If you want a better understanding of their secrets and stuff, check out the book on Amazon, it reads super easy, even though it’s in interview format. If you’re wanting tips and advice from people who have built successful businesses and done it from very little, this is a great book to read!
There is a ton of awesome information in this book and I highly recommend reading it get the full knowledge of these amazingly successful people.
Big shoutout to Jason Navallo for sending me a signed book :D

Learning how to get rich in a short amount of time if you’ve ever read The 4 Hour Work Week or Rich Dad Poor Dad. The book, written by Tim Ferriss and Robert Kiyosaki respectively, have tons of tips and tricks to alter your mind and show you the way to become rich and acquire many assets to join the super wealthy. There are plenty of opportunities to make money online, but the key is to find a market that is starving for a product or service and fill it competitively before anyone else does. In Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki teaches the reader how to become rich by acquiring as many income producing assets as possible early on and to make their money work for them. In The Four Hour Work Week, Timothy Ferriss gives us the insight on how to live our dream while outsourcing boring tasks and minimizing the total amount of work we must accomplish overall to get rich quick. I also give some ideas and concepts mentioned in other books, such as The Self-Made Billionaire effect, which analysis hundreds of billionaires around the world and tries to reverse-engineer what caused them to earn their millions. There are many ways to make money without working, but in the end, some maintenance work and initial startup labor is required. Throughout this video I also list a couple facts about Selena Gomez, as well as a secret about one of the thumbnails on a previous video. I hope this video gives you immense value and changes your life, and if you think you got just one single gold nugget of knowledge from this, please consider liking and subscribing!
