Why can't you seem to make progress towards your goals? Why is it so damn hard to be productive and get things done?
After more than 10 years of working on my own businesses and working with countless entrepeneurs and business owners, I uncovered the hidden reason why most people fail to achieve success... and I've found the number one factor that sets the few who consistently succeed apart.
Of course, this relates to productivity, because productivity is just a matter of your capability or ability to get things done. As discussed in this video, Why Productivity is NOT What You Think it Is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iW6t-bjyOow
But then, why are some people seemingly effortlessly productive and others are forever stuck? What makes the difference has everything to do with what I call "Not Yet Mode" and the way highly successful people learn to be strong implementers. In this video, we break it down.
Here's a concept that I told the guys of the ikario team when we first started working together that has really stuck around. Slow Is Smooth, Smooth Is Fast.
Use this idea to help learn new skills, improve your output and become a more formidable worker.

I wore a CGM (continuous glucose monitor) for 30 days and what I found during this experiment surprised me.
A CGM is a little device you can stick on your arm to measure your blood sugar levels and see the glucose response your body has to different foods. But what I found out goes way beyond just the glucose healthiness of different foods. It has implications for weight loss, hunger and food cravings and especially for your energy levels and motivation throughout the day.
This experiment gave me new and deeper insights into how food affects my body.
Shoutout to @Glucose Goddess Jessie Inchauspé and her book Glucose Revolution. If you want to try a CGM and get nice graphs like the ones I showed in the video, check out her Glucose app. More on this in the second part of this series, too.
