Come and cook with me today! I'll be making chicken tortilla soup. This the yummiest, fastest, and easiest dinner ever. It's getting cooler down here in the south and that means it's definitely time to pull out the soup. It's one of our family favorites and i'll show you how to make it. You can contact me at lindsey052003@gmail.com Instagram: @homesteadhomemaker Facebook: @homesteadhomemaker1 Recipe: 1 can black beans 1 can sweet corn 1 can red enchilada sauce 1 can petite diced tomato 1 rotisserie chicken 4 cups of chicken broth a pat of butter 1/2 cup diced onion 1 clove diced garlic 1. Saute garlic and onion in the butter 2. Add all cans, broth, and chicken to the pot 3. let it simmer 20 mins 4. Serve with avacado, cheese, sour cream, fresh cilantro, tortilla strips. YUM!!!!! Today we are heading to my grandma's house for her birthday celebration. We are making her a country classic of chicken fried steak, mashed potato, white gravy, and green beans.
