1 kilo (7 cups) all purpose flour, sifted
2 large eggs
100 grams (1/2/cup) granulated sugar
15 grams (1 tbsp) salt
75 grams (5 tbsp) butter, softened to room temperature or sunflower or canola oil
Egg Wash
1 large egg
1 tbsp water
Pinch of salt
Optional: topping of choice
