We just need to talk numbers at this point, this is what the judge's order states, given the seemingly incongruous, uh, Inc, Inc. Congress, I'm sorry, I, I struggle with that word, and certainly puzzling caveats contained in the Giuliani stipulation. Plaintiff's counsel recounts efforts to obtain clarification from defendant Giuliani's counsel, the certainly puzzling caveats the judge says in this order, like, I can't make sense of it. Um, so why don't you march a but into my courtroom, sit on down and you tell me what the hell this even means.
Now, it should be noted that Giuliani is not in fact representing himself in this case. He does have lawyers, but Giuliani himself spent many years as a prosecutor. He is a licensed attorney for the moment. He's probably gonna lose that license in a couple areas, but he also knows how to do court filings is the point. So it's not just like some dumb person off the street that knows nothing about the law and their lawyers filed something stupid. Everybody on Giuliani's defense team, including the defendant himself, is a lawyer. There's no excuse for such a certainly puzzling as the judge put it, filing. Are you admitting you made false statements or are you not admitting you made false statements? Is this a confession or is it not a confession? I'm gonna go on Fox News and pontificate about what could be about the balloon. I'm going to fear monger about the balloon by intentionally ignoring the truth about it. So here is the exchange that took place. Harris Faulkner said, quote, I know that some of it is classified, you can't share all of it, but what can you tell us? And then Biggs responded, well, I'm not going to, I didn't go to that classified briefing because I knew I'd be talking to you instead. I, I had a discussion yesterday.
Then at the end of the statement, or, or, or, uh, segment Faulkner thanked Biggs for skipping the classified briefing quote. So you could share so much with the Faulkner focus. So thank you for not getting the information to educate yourself on the issue so that you could instead come and tell us about the issue, which you just admitted you don't know about because you actually skipped it. Like, is that not both Republican politicians and Fox News in a nutshell? Like, Hey politician, would you like the opportunity to learn something? Would you like to educate yourself so that you can be better informed about an issue? No, I wanna go on Fox News where they don't care if I know what I'm talking about. I wanna go on Fox News because I want the attention and they don't care if we lie or say things that aren't true. We just say it anyway and their audience believes it because they're a bunch of idiots. Republicans have recently put forward budget proposals that include cutting social security, Medicare, Medicaid, and the, uh, supplemental nutritional, uh, assistance program, snap food stamp benefits. Do you know what Democrats in the Senate are doing led by Democratic Senator John Federman and his basketball shorts that Republicans seem to have a huge problem with? Federman has put forth legislation that would abolish student lunch debt for public school students, effectively guaranteeing free school meals, breakfast and lunch for any student.

Donald Trump took the truth social this week to actually mock Fox News over their mounting legal problems with the defamation lawsuit filed against them by Dominion Voting Systems. Here is what Trump had to say about the network on truth social. There was so much voter fraud and irregularities in the 2020 presidential election that it amazes me how weak and ineffective Fox News is at, is at portraying itself in the lawsuit against them. They look too scared and frightened to reveal the massive amounts of voter fraud and irregularities already found, and it would actually help them in the lawsuit. Instead, Fox News wants to silence its anchors and reporters. The reasons so many of their viewers fled the election was that of a third world country.
You know, Donald, if you have all of this information that you say exists, why'd you lose every single one of your election challenge lawsuits? Why is Sidney Powell facing possible criminal indictments in the state of Georgia? Why is Rudy Giuliani likely going to lose his law license in Washington dc? Why did all of your other lawyers working on these get sanctioned? And many of them have to hire their own lawyers if all the evidence is, although out there, it's so crystal clear. Where is it? Because your people have been asked for it a million times over and not once have they ever been able to supply it. But we did learn a lot about what that real information is through the court filings from Dominion as a result of this defamation lawsuit. And one of them actually came from Sidney Powell saying she got an email from a woman who claimed to be a, uh, internally decapitated, semi-conscious time traveler.

And while this was happening, unbelievable, Texas Governor Abbott signed a bill that eliminates mandatory water breaks for outdoor construction workers. How crazy. Why would you even dream of putting your name on this when the temperatures out there are 120 degrees? And all it says is that, look, every intervals we need to give people water breaks so they don't dehydrate and die. 120 degrees topped off already. And you got people working on roofs, and this idiot governor says, oh, no, we don't wanna give them water breaks. Do you think he just didn't read it? He didn't read it or what?
It's possible, but even if you're looking at this as a, from a standpoint of, oh, we're protecting corporations, you're still not even protecting corporations with this. Because when people drop dead on your job site and you're paying them, you're gonna look at some kinda liability. So he is actually opening up corporations to worse things happening to them. But this is just, this is stupid.
Well, explain. No, no. Talk about, that's a good point. Expound on that just a little bit. He's inviting lawsuits and terrible things to happen to corporations.
Right. So if I'm running a construction site, if I'm the the manager or the owner, everybody on that site is my responsibility, legally my responsibility. You get hurt, you drop dead from exhaustion, that's on me. So I would be held liable in court by the member's, or person's family. You know, anything that happens, those people will be sued. And it's gonna be a pretty easy lawsuit.
Well, I mean, people die from this.
They do. Every year in Texas.
I mean, every year. Matter of fact, I was looking at, was there 42 deaths over just the last, less than nine years because of heat already. And then since those nine years, I think it's heated up another three degrees. And so if you've got somebody working in construction, why would you say, no, you can't give them a water break every 20 minutes? When OSHA and everybody that studies it said, that's what you must do to avoid that worker becoming ill or dying.
And it is, it's almost a scientific formula. They've found, okay, if you work for 50 minutes in the sun, 10 minutes in the shade with water will cool your body down enough for another 50 minutes.
It's not like it's tough science, is it?
No. This is just, it's stupid and cruel. And I still, for the life of me, can't figure out the reasoning for it. He hasn't given us anything. But this is.

They're paying out the big money and the people paying out the big money are the biggest corporations on the globe. The big energy companies, the big pharmacy companies. Big construction companies. So this guy's getting money from that end of it, I'm sure. But how do you become so less human that you say, no, we can't give you water breaks?

So as everybody's aware at this point, uh, on Monday afternoon, evening, whatever it was, judge Juan Han, uh, Han, excuse me, thank you, by the way, to the person on social media who pointed out that I have been for many months now pronouncing that name wrong, my sincerest apologies. It is Judge Juan Han. Anyway, Monday Judge Juan Han, uh, goes out and expands the gag order saying, you cannot attack my family. You cannot attack Alvin Bragg's family. You can't attack the families of anybody in the courtroom. So he expanded the gag order. And since that happened, Donald Trump has now shared two attacks on Judge Marshal's, family members on his truth social account. The first one happened Tuesday morning, right just a few hours after Marshan had put that expanded gag order in place. When Donald Trump shared a clip from Fox News that was still promoting the lies about the judge's daughter claiming that she had put that post on social media of Trump behind bars. That was not her. She did not own that account anymore, hadn't for over a year. But Fox News host, Brian Kilmeade was still pushing it and Donald Trump shared it on social media after the expanded gag order. But as if that wasn't enough, couple days later, Donald Trump gets back on truth Social shares an article from Laura Loomer. You know, that bastion of honesty on the right, in which Loomer claimed that the judge has a huge conflict of interest because his wife get this, according to Loomer, actually worked at Letitia James's office for a while.
Trump shared that article attacking the judge's wife about a day and a half after he shared an article attacking the judge's daughter, which happened the day after the expanded gag order. So even though Trump is legally prohibited from attacking the judge's family, he has now done it twice since the prohibition went into effect. And here's the stupid part about this Loomer article. Even if, 'cause I don't know the au uh, au authenticity of it, um, unfortunately Laura Loomer not exactly somebody that I trust. But here's the thing, even if what Loomer is saying is 100% true, that oh my God, the judge's wife worked for Letitia James's office even before Letitia James worked there, um, that's not a conflict of interest. In fact, it wouldn't be that uncommon for a judge to be married to somebody also in the legal arena who works at a separate legal office that has nothing to do with the case at hand. So that's not even a conflict of interest. That's just somebody trying to gin up a lot of hatred towards the judge's wife. So the article is meaningless to begin with, but it was
An attack on the judge's wife. So here we are, day and a half after the latest attack on the judge's family, and where's the motion to hold Trump in contempt? I haven't seen it, at least not as of this recording, but how is this man able to clearly violate the gag order? Not once, but twice and nothing happens to him. Now, we still got some time. Perhaps Judge Marshan is waiting for the end of the day to say, Hey Trump, you violated my gag order. I'm gonna hold you in contempt. Come on into the courtroom. You're gonna go spend the, uh, weekend in the county lockup.

Just a couple of days ago, Donald Trump shared a post on truth, social calling for a civil war here in the United States. So here's what happened on truth, social Fox news personality. Laura Logan shared a post from, uh, the president of El Salvador that said that the United States is falling so fast due to an enemy within then a pro-Trump account on truth. Social saw Laura Logan's post retre retweeted it, which on truth. Social is called RET truthing because they're not very creative with the names, but he reintroduced it and wrote civil war. Then Donald Trump himself came back, saw that post and reintroduced civil war, civil war here in the United States due to an enemy within, according to the president of El Salvador, shared by a Fox news host. That's the point we're at in America today where the former twice impeached president of the United States actively calls for civil war because you can't frame that any other way.
Somebody suggested civil war. Donald Trump shared it with his millions of followers. That is an active call for civil war. And a good prosecutor could probably bring Donald Trump up on charges of sedition, conspiracy, right? Things like that. Treason, maybe, but as so many other things happen with Donald Trump, this one just kind of gets ignored. Yeah. The media picks it up. People talk about it. We talk about the outrage we talk about. Of course, the dangers of this. We have seen Donald Trump's crazed fanatic cult followers do horrendous things. We have seen them literally kill people just based on lies that Donald Trump tells them. But so far he had not gone as far as to say civil war. Well, technically, now he has he's reintroduced it. So what happens now? What happens when his deranged followers take this as a marching order? We have already heard testimony from far too many of the capital riots that have gone before judges in this country. And they have said that Donald Trump told us to do this problem is Donald Trump did not explicitly tell these people to do this. They just thought that that is what he was implying. He wants us to go and do this. So how would those same people interpret this truth, where he calls for civil war. We know exactly how they would interpret it, folks. Yes. This is dangerous. Yes. This is sick.
Yes. This is disgusting. Yes. This is borderline sedition, but nothing will happen. And that's the worst part of all these stories. Nothing ever happens. Now, if I were to get on truth, social or Twitter or any other social media app and call for any kind of violence, even rhetorically against any elected official in this country, the FBI is going to come knocking at my door. That's what happens when you're not a powerful person, even joking, right? If you were to joke about a member of Congress, you know, getting an incurable disease and succumbing to it, you're going to get a visit from authorities. But here the former president of the United States is RET true things. Somebody calling for civil war and I'm willing to bet there won't be a single authority paying him a visit. Nobody asking him to clarify this. We all just accept it as Donald Trump doing what Donald Trump does while we sit here and wait to see if any of his deranged supporters take him literally on that.
