If you're asking yourself how to find your purpose then you're wasting your time. Personal development gurus love to throw this stuff around and make it seem like there is such a thing as a life purpose. But hey, the self help world likes to sell things, and passion is one of them.
Don't get me wrong - self improvement is the real deal. I just think this whole "how to find your purpose" nonsense is blown out of proportion. You'll never find it because it doesn't exist. There will always be work involved in whatever you do. Just pick something you're good at and don't hate.

Pearls are one of the earth’s most beautiful natural treasures. And in this video I'm going to offer a mental framework for you to use to restructure your priorities when it comes to health and fitness.
So, pearls come from oysters and mussels, but exactly how are they created by them? The process begins when a particle, or what is referred to as an irritant, gets inside the mollusk. This particle in essence functions as the nucleus of the pearl from a very early stage. Once the irritant becomes trapped, the mollusk begins to coat to it with nacre as a defense mechanism. Nacre is a composite made mostly of aragonite that is strong and iridescent. The unique luster (or glow) of pearls comes from this nacre. The mollusk coats the nucleus with thousands upon thousands of layers of nacre, and over time, a pearl begins to slowly form. How long it takes for a pearl to form is dependent on the growth rate of the nacre. Most pearls typically take anywhere between two to four years to fully develop.
"Okay great" you think "what does this have to do with fitness and body transformation?"
So many people begin their fitness journey as a way to improve their overall body composition. But in my opinion, their problem is that they try to integrate healthy habits into their life. On the surface, this seems like a good idae. I mean, how else are you supposed to start going to the gym and eating more chicken? You just have to work it into your schedule, right?
Wrong.
Back in the golden era of working in malls (if there was such a thing), we used to work 11 hours a day. Sometimes we'd even have a 45 minute commute each way to get to work. After a day full of caffeinated hustling, there wouldn't be much left in the tank at the end of the day to crush a workout. As a result, every six months or so my health (both mental and physical) would get so bad that I would eventually quit, book a one way ticket to some tropical paradise, and spend the next 2-3 months working out like crazy and eating healthy food.
This constant cycle of... I don't even know what to call it.. bulking and cutting? Looking like shit and looking good? Yoyoing back and forth from being an athlete and being a salesman? Anyway, this constant cycle gave me the impression that integrating fitness into your life is not an easy thing to do if you want to stay fit. But when you make fitness the core value of your life, when you make it your #1 priority it becomes much easier to build your life around that.
