I set out to try to meditate for 10 days in a row for the first time in my life and see what all the hype is it about. I've always heard of the many positive benefits of meditation but never considered it as something I was "qualified" to do. It always seemed like a spiritual practise that was beyond me. In recent years as I've gotten more and more into the practise of yoga I've found myself in conversations or reading books where the topic of yoga repeatedly has come up, and decided it was time to give it an honest shot and see if it helps me through some tough times. In this video I document my 10-Day journey and share the experience and realizations I have along the way. I'm no specialist on meditation, just a guy trying to do better.
