These two clauses in what is the Israeli approximation to a Bill of Rights, and in light of the recent massive forced vaccininations of the citizenry of Israel, it becomes blatently obvious that Israeli citizens for this reason, have no actual rights, as the rights conferred to them can be retracted at will by said government, persuant to paragraphs 15 and 16 of section titled "Civil and Human Liberties" as evidenced by the recent forced vaccination campaign that took place in Israel during the Covid Fiasco, resulting in a 90% vaccination rate among Israeli jews.
