kayleighgilbert64 I was pulled over originally while parked "in a parking lot. They wanted to search my vehicle and give me a field sobriety test to which I declined. Im new to the area and accidentally pulled into the wrong store area of CVS. I offered to take a breathalyzer but they cannot do that without a field sobriety exam first. (In FL) also, they had zero probable suspicion or probable cause that I was "impaired", They pulled up to me when was PARKED! Then they could not get the dog there quick enough and let me go. (They can’t hold you solely to wait for the dog to search. Once they run your info they have to release you if no evidence of a crime exists). They attempted to hold me until I called them out about the laws. Then they pulled me over again immediately after leaving CVS. They had a canine unit check my vechicle for making an illegal turn as if "impaired", They pulled up to me when was PARKED! Then they could not get the dog there quick enough and let me go. Anyways, the canine "alerted" for "large amounts of illegal drugs" in my car. Clearly the dog needs "re training. I am a stay at home mom and law student. I dont have illegal drugs in my car or at all. He also believes the laws dont apply to him.
