At the Full Moon on May 22, 2024, I got the special visit of what seemed to be an Eastern Kingsnake! It crawled around my window several times attempting to reach a bird nest on top of the gutter under the roof of my 1-story apt-house. Two days later, another (not seemingly the same) snake appeared on the little tree in front of it. A nice guy came and took it to safety and he said it was a Rat-Snake. I’m not convinced the snake taken by the nice guy was the snake that appeared on my window two days prior. I think they are two different snakes as the one he took was totally black and the one on my window had a spotted white belly! So, I’m puzzled and suspicious the first snake, which I think is an Eastern Kingsnake is still out there somewhere. As the bird nest was removed, the snake lost interest in the spot. But she may be living inside the roof somewhere as sometimes I hear strange noises up there.

The purpose of the video is document violations of government sponsored residential community for retirees-only. In addition to being used to spy on her neighbors, a woman harbors her young son as an unauthorized resident in her apartment apparently in exchange of her “spying services” to the local property manager, who seems to be using her and another resident (seen on this video) to spy on everyone else. There are numerous security recordings of her, along with a taller woman (seen in the beginning of this video), doing daily walkthroughs on the property at least 10 times per day. Who walks through a residential property 10+ times per day? I see these two women — the one seen in the beginning of this video and the mother of the driver of this Jeep-looking dark-red car — on my front window at least 10 times every single day of my life since I moved in 3 months ago. Along with that, I also see her son driving this red Jeep-looking car into and out of the property and parked there overnight every day since I moved in 3 months ago. Evidently, he is living with her, a young man in a community allowed only for low-income retired residents. I have also seen parole officers visiting her home and I assume it was related to her unauthorized resident son. It is very clear that the local management of this community is conducting and selectively allowing several violations of government laws and regulations for personal gain.
