My retirement community has a lot of traffic in front of my apartment, with people walking by daily! I did not expect this much traffic in front of my door/window, all day every day, at a retirement community, and I am very surprised. While most people walking outside seem to have a legitimate reason to be doing so, two specific individuals got my attention as their behavior is more than just unusual. What got my attention mostly are two specific women who are always seen in front of my apartment — while one lives across, on the opposite side from it, and the other lives two crossing streets away to the right, yet these two women are always caught by my security camera walking and standing together, or alone, in front of my apartment! I can hardly go outside without these women being out there, every day, as some sort of security guard minding everything that happens! They start their watching everyone and everything as early as 6AM all the way to 10PM sometimes. As it can be seen in the compiled 15-minute video of recordings by my security camera, these two women are frequently seen walking by my apartment several times per day. Particularly the taller woman seems overly interested in everyone else’s happenings! She minds everyone’s packages left outside, surrounds the mailman regularly like a vulture on the mail delivery and is very noticeable how interested she is in everyone else’s affairs, constantly trying to talk to everyone and gossip about others at every opportunity. While I was moving in 3 months ago, at my first encounter with this person, she told me all sorts of ills about other residents without me asking her anything, which raised an immediate red flag within me. When I mentioned her concerning behavior, the property manager excused her actions as mental therapy and charitable work. I think this is in fact stalking your own neighbors, which the property manager seems to condone, leading me to conclude she’s using them to spy on the residents! I made this video as my first step to document this increasing daily discomfort. At the Full Moon on May 22, 2024, I got the special visit of what seemed to be an Eastern Kingsnake! It crawled around my window several times attempting to reach a bird nest on top of the gutter under the roof of my 1-story apt-house. Two days later, another (not seemingly the same) snake appeared on the little tree in front of it. A nice guy came and took it to safety and he said it was a Rat-Snake. I’m not convinced the snake taken by the nice guy was the snake that appeared on my window two days prior. I think they are two different snakes as the one he took was totally black and the one on my window had a spotted white belly! So, I’m puzzled and suspicious the first snake, which I think is an Eastern Kingsnake is still out there somewhere. As the bird nest was removed, the snake lost interest in the spot. But she may be living inside the roof somewhere as sometimes I hear strange noises up there.
