Dans le futur et déjà en 2020, on veut tous on veut des circuits courts. Tu vois ce restaurant en Afrique achète en direct vigneron ! Je te donne son nom en message privé.
Le commerce du vin utilise beaucoup trop d’intermédiaires.
Mon job pour ces prochaines années est former des vignerons de talent à se passer de tous ces intermédiaires dans le monde du vin.
Pourquoi ?
Parce que le futur c’est l’Achat direct vigneron local et dans le monde entier de bonnes choses goutteuse et donc du vin.
Vas-tu encore longtemps laisser l’âme de ton vin « endormie » et laisser tous ces intermédiaires du business du vin faire des marges à ta place ?

La peur chez moi est très vite supplantée par un certain étonnement de la situation, une quête d’informations frénétiques sur le pourquoi du comment et un plan d’actions efficace renforcé

1. Vous avez l'AGENDA PREMIUM téléchargeable ici et dans l'introduction = 1 priorité par jour. Pensez à vos priorités personnelle, l'équilibre entre priorité personnelle et professionnelle est la clef d'une productivité toujours renouvelée

3. Adoptez le BASHING pour le courrier, les email et l'administratif, autant que possible déléguer ce BASHING une fois que le process est clair (filmer vous en vidéo par exemple en triant le courrier, c'est un bon entrainement, puis donnez la vidéo et la pile de courrier à une aide disponible)
ENFIN, acceptez vos erreurs et de vous tromper, d'être IMPARFAIT(E), comme un enfant qui apprend à marcher il est utile de tomber et de toujours se relever avec le sourire. Sollicitez de l'aide dès que vous en éprouvez le besoin...
