July 1, 2021 is an important day for Chinese people because China developed from a war-torn, foreign-aggressor occupied country to a well developed country in the past 100 years.
I know many of you know me from my travel vlogs. Besides my passion for traveling, this time I want to share with you some behind-the-scene footage while I was working instead of traveling.
What is it like to be a journalist covering this major event for Chinese people? What does this event mean for Chinese people? Hope this video can help you understand.

This time my guest is Carlos Martinez, co-founder of the No Cold War campaign, an anti-war activist based in London. He has been to China in late 2019, travelled to different parts including Xinjiang. In this discussion, he shared with me his observations during his trip to China, analyzed the whole anti-China narratives pushed by Western governments, and how capitalism failed to solve some problems in the society yet socialism succeeded.

Iraqi Muslim Hussein Askary recently traveled to China and witnessed Islamic culture in China firsthand by hanging out with Chinese Muslims and visiting multiple mosques in China. In this episode, we discussed what really happened in Xinjiang, China's counter-terrorism measures and how Islam became part of Chinese culture.
Religions like Islam spread to China thousands of years ago and became part of Chinese culture. Yet as the world suffered from the ripple effect of the West's "war on terror," extremism, terrorism, and US-funded separatism also spread to Xinjiang and the rest of China and brought great damage to ordinary people's lives.
Yet China is the only country that took effective measures not only eradicated terrorism but also eradicated the root that caused terrorism: poverty and instability. Now people in Xinjiang was lifted out of extreme poverty, and both the population and life expectancy are growing faster than ever!

There's a hidden link among all the seemingly spontaneous violent protests in Thailand, Hong Kong, and Arabic countries --- the National Endowment for Democracy, the regime-changing tool funded by the US government.
Using Xinjiang, Hong Kong and many Southeast Asian countries to destabilize the region to encircle China, bringing chaos to people living in the region and benefiting a few elites in the US government, has long been written in US foreign policy.
In this episode, Brian Berletic, a geopolitical analyst and a former solider of US Marine Corps, explains how he decided to expose US global atrocities, the unreported truths in Thailand, Myanmar, and the danger of US interventions.
