Thanks for the 5000 subscribers and sorry I haven't uploaded a while. I greatly appreciate it.
I had to rebuild my thinkpad due to a power jack wearing out, but at this point I realized that this laptop has been assembled and rebuilt so many times, I'm not sure if its the same laptop...
I have been kinda busy recently, and I also briefly made this video, and unfortunately lost some footage, so it is quite short.

I repaste a Korean IBM G40 and upgrade the ram, as well as test the modern web with Palemoon and Netsurf. It uses my normal debootstrap debian script i3wm setup, but for i686. After setting it up I programmed a cellular automation on the system that generates an animation, similar to my umpc video. Also for some reason google is the default search for Netsurf.

For the t440p this is kinda a part 1 video. I install tianocore and coreboot on a x220 and t440p thinkpads, Although the t440p is still partly dissassembled.
Thanks to https://0xcb.dev/lenovo-t440p-coreboot/ for his tianocore t440p coreboot tutorial. His configuration posted works fine, and was the test configuration for the flashing back a working rom.
I would use ME Cleaner as well, though, from the normal branch.
For those more interested Mr. Chromebox is very knowledgeable about tianocore and coreboot. He manages a series of precompiled coreboot roms for chromebooks, and often answers questions on Reddit.

Post questions in the comments and I'll answer them in a video in a week or two. Does this count as a hardware video?
Also sorry about some of the editing, I'm still working on the ncurses editor. (This video was edited on my x200s l9400) It is getting a bit further along, I'm going to do a gitpush later.

If anyone actually gives me money, I'll probably spend it on a shotgun microphone and an isa harddrive controller, or a idprom chip for my sun ultra 80.
