Just because millions of us are home, we can't assume that everyone has time on their hands or even feels like preparing a big breakfast in the morning. Enter: overnight oats! This is the third video I've made and I've brought two new recipes for you to try! The flavours aren't new, but maybe you never thought about putting them into your overnight oats! Happy eating!
You will need:
"Apple Pie" Recipe
1/2 of an apple (chopped)
2 tbsp - brown sugar
1/2 tsp - cinnamon
a pinch of nutmeg
3/4 cup - quick cooking oats
1 1 1/2 cups - almond milk
"Cranberry Crunch" Recipe
dried cranberries
sliced almonds
1 scoop - vanilla whey protein
3/4 cup - quick cooking oats
1 1 1/2 cups - almond milk
