In this episode, the Salty Nerds dive into some WICKED BAD WAHLBERG MOVIES, all starring Marky Mark and his funky bunch of co-stars. These Mark Wahlberg movies aren't his best, but they sure are fun to talk about! First up is the detective noir video game adaptation Max Payne, where Mark Wahlberg teams up with Mila Kunis to solve his wife and child's murder while taking down a corrupt pharmaceutical company that deals drugs that makes people see demons. Say HI to your Russian Hooker for me. Next we have the Michael Bay true crime story about the Sun Gym gang, Pain and Gain. In this movie Mark Wahlberg puts on a ton of muscle and teams up with The Rock and Anthony Mackie as three gym-rat muscleheads who go on a crime spree that ends up in murder. It would be a really funny movie if it wasn't based on an actual true story! Say HI to your steroids for me. Finally, we have what is probably one of the worst movies ever made, M. Night Shyamalan's The Happening. A movie that is filled with "Smell The Fart Acting", terrible dialogue, and plants that want to kill people. The BEEs are dyin', you guys!
