- Onion : 1 no. (Cleaned and finely chopped)
- Ginger : 1/4 tsp (Cleaned and finely grated)
- Asafoetida : 2-3 pinch
- Cumin Seeds : 1 tsp
- Rice Flour : 3 tbsp (Or Corn flour instead)
- Salt : 1/2 tsp or to taste
- Coriander Leaves : Handful (Cleaned and finely chopped)
- Fruit Salt : 1 tsp (Or Baking Soda instead)
- Cooking Oil : 2-3 tbsp
- Butter : 15-20g
