Bicycle setup for adverse events…be prepared for stormy weather! (PART 1)
With crazy events happening both natural and man made in recent years it good to have options. Weather you are just going to work or the local farmers market this basic setup, I hope will give you ideas to my your travels a breeze. I like to setup my stuff generally in a military style but you should set it up to the environment in your area. Think about how easy it is to get parts and or repair. What type of tires and max load on your bike. E-bikes are a great tool but how well will they do in the cold or in the heat. Can you fix the electrical issues yourself? What if you need a new battery?
These things can be detrimental when life puts additional stress to your everyday living. With gas prices seaming to climb each day and lack of government assistance during climatic unforeseen events, it’s good to have alternatives. Think out side the box and in adverse events, if you can help yourself or others you can be an asset.

Mount up regulators it’s game on! The sight fit on to the grey ghost slide with the grey ghost RMR mounting plate perfect fit. The provided screws one long and one short work right out of the box.
So far this sight is hitting home runs all over the place! The dot came on as expected and appears to be center in the glass very nice. Next up is range time and that will be part 2.

This optic is small but has a nice visual range with the 25mm window. It performed excellent right out of the box. I did not have to make any adjustments to sight it in. What you see in the video was straight from the packaging. This would be an excellent optic range use with this said I did not do a drop test. So, I can not say anything about drop durability. With that said I have only dropped one firearm with an optic on it which I showed in another video. The shake awake function works very well. I decided to run it on a home defense shotgun I have, which has proven its reliability and for now the optic will stay there.
Ohhunt has made a good optic at a reasonable price.

Ok, so my performance was very sub par, I was shooting like a dog craping a bone. The sight at this point is doing great and I periodical check the shake awake function. I did have some failures to seat the rounds there at the end. I have to blame that on me, as I have never, since I bought this Steyr cleaned this pistol. I have shot at least 2k rounds through it and carried it for 6-7 years and this was the first issue I have had with it. Just being honest here, I know, I’m bad and have not respected the gun ethos. I promise it will get a cleaning. Other than that the sight performs as expected at this point.

I have always liked the strangeness of French firearms. They are what I call the fugly guns, ugly but mesmerizing at the same time, uniquely French. This shoots a 32 French long it is not a rimmed cartridge it is an ACP style.
It is interesting to shoot as it feels more powerful than 32 ACP but still has a very mild recoil. These can still be found at a decent price and thanks to Steinel Ammunition you can get reliable ammo at a very good price. Check them out as they make a lot of other hard to get ammo at great prices.

Finding affordable weapon lights and holsters to go with your guns can be a real pain. Especially if you run what I call off brand pistols or pistols with little to no industry support. Fools some reason I like the off brand stuff probably because it fits my budget. With that being said I think I found 2 budget lights here that I have recoil tested and they worked excellent. Know I have not beet them around or froze them, but winter is coming so we shall see. I think these options I presented in the video will work for me so I hope they will for you too.

I just want to share how I make my mexamericana chicken with you all. It taste great and turns out restaurant juicy.
The avocado, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, arugula, all lightly salted come together, topped with sour cream to make a tasty dinner dish.
There is also green salad in there as well
With a teaspoon of cold pressed olive oil.
Wow! It is fantastic and super healthy as well as low carb. How many carbs? I have no idea but it is low, to almost no.
Start getting healthy now and getting your soft butt in shape, cause the hard times are comin!

I wanted to test this light with the most punishing recoil I could think of. 12ga high brass rounds especially slugs beat the crap out of attachments. I think 50 rounds is plenty to durability. Could the sight be designed with better ergonomics absolutely. For under $60 bucks it’s a great buy for home defense, combat I say no because of the switch setup it’s not designed for tactical operation in my opinion. The laser is easy to track and I had a lot of fun shooting this shotty.

The video speaks for itself the after 4 hour shut down period does not require a button push to activate the red dot switch to on. My test clearly shows that is not required.
The manual in the video does not mention having to press a button after the 4 hour shut down period. I can only guess the the manual or the add need revision.
If my test was wrong comment below and I will setup a new one.
