Personal Trainer and Body Sculptor Shaun Spencer say people should start off working out 3 days a week. From there they can add more intensity and days to their workout. He also speaks on the importance of rest so your muscles can recover. Shaun says you can actually get a 2-hour workout in in a half hour, It just about the intensity. The biggest mistakes people make is setting their expectations to high when working out. People say they would want to lose “20 pounds” in a week. This becomes detrimental because they are setting a bar that no one could live up to. Shaun also speaks on using the correct form in working out. He stresses his clients going slow at first to just learn the correct form. Form means everything when it comes to fitness, because you can hurt the client, and that could create a word of mouth that you injure people.
