Felt extremely stiff when I got to the gym and warming up was a pain. 315 and 375 warm ups felt way heavier than they should. I knew that today was going to be rough based on how awful warm ups were feeling. Set 3 was BY FAR the hardest set today. Normally set 3 is the hardest but the fatigue was really getting to me on the last 2 reps especially.
Super morbidly obese ego lifter Andrew Richard has the worst form in the community on every exercise that he attempts to perform. This is a recurring theme for Andrew, who is always looking for an easy way out of lifting to avoid hard work. He cheats ALL of his exercises so that he can add hundreds of extra pounds to the bar to stroke his fragile ego.

I don't know about you, but I have never once in my life sent any n00dz to any minors. Unbreakable Strength and Health is so quick to dismiss Andrew Richard sending his n00dz to minors like it's a regular thing that happens to everybody. I am willing to bet that nobody who comments on my video has ever done something "stupid" like Andrew sending n00dz to minors. I am left with no choice but to wonder why Unbreakable Strength and Health is taking this stance, more than likely he has done it before too. Pea Doughs have to look after other Pea Doughs.
