As everyone was wondering what was going on and who's responsible, mostly getting into a huge battle with each other, The Evil Android 21 revealed herself alive once again and the one responsible for kidnapping the fighters. She tells them that she created "duplicate worlds" (based on the stages on the game) where she is the absolute ruler and in control. She brought them all here so she could continue her hunting game but on a bigger scale and for her to be in control and win this time.
