Reminder that Jacob was a CPU due to the original player idling out midway through the match. Because of that, I went after his bot while Justin would later go after me and Danman only to get raped at 69%. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6V0l3nnpwBw

Gladiacloud's Unknown Soldier might as well be considered an old relic at this point because the last time I checked, his next character will be his last one, before retirement.

Back when I first started MUGEN, Tetsu by XCB blew the actual fuck up in popularity. Granted he was yet another Shotokan character even in his source game, Kakuge Yaro for the first PlayStation, his monstrous (albeit nerfed to hell and back today) comboability and mobility called for an AI patch, which was pointless because by the time it was made, Tetsu was getting a complete overhaul.
But before Tetsu's update ever was a thing, there were a bunch of edits flying around. Some were an improvement, some were far too much of an improvement, if you catch my drift; and others were just rage-inducing.
Today, we will take on Tetsu's latest update as well as three of his clones: Silent Storm EX, Dark Storm K, and Perfect Storm X. I am fully aware that there are more, guys, I just don't want to make the video any longer than it has to be.

Has anyone ever heard of Brazil MUGEN Team? The guys behind two GOOD Martial Masters characters (Reika and Red Snake) and the Street Fighter Special Operations characters? Well, there was another Brazilian MUGEN Group back in the day who was bringing us some Brazilian goodness: Grupo de Estudos MUGEN.
If you used to watch JudgeSpear's videos, you might have heard of Grupo de Estudos MUGEN, who I will refer to as GEM from this point on. GEM gave us a lot of characters that wouldn't even work on WinMUGEN (1.0 and 1.1 weren't released at the time), but then, there were like, the "top" three characters they they shitted out.
The first of the three is Dyan Weinert Kirichenko da Silva, or Dyan Silva for short, by Pirata Cibernético, A frankensprited character with Ken's top half and Charlie's bottom half. Steals moves from multiple characters who wield electricity. Kyosuke Kagami, Benimaru Nikaido, Orochi Shermie somewhat, Chun-Li, even though she does not wield electrcity; Blanka, Raiden (Mortal Kombat), Terry Bogard, even though he does not wield electricity and a shitton of others I may have missed. Has that signature counter move that only works against middle and overhead attacks, but can be done at ANY GIVEN POINT IN TIME WITH NO FUCKING METER SPENT. Has a Lv1 super that's been taken from CvS2 Benimaru that is NOT EVEN BLOCKABLE!
The second is Shinobi, a Hanzo Hattori edit by Pirata Cibernético. He has shurikens out the ass, a Lv1 super that deals half of your health, but can be blocked sometimes, cannot be hit out of invisibility mode (if you can call it that, because as soon as his animations change, I can still see him, lel.), has the same high attack counter move Dyan Silva has, and many more things you could easily point out just by seeing him in action.
The last one for some fucked up reason, got Character of the Month years ago: TigreNegro by Maximus and Mambojambo. I'd have to say that this particular character has some potential. This needs a proper Vs. series treatment, but in his current state, both his S.LP and C.LP have NO startup, none of his moves have cooldown, and his projectile cannot be extinguished by special projectiles; only super projectiles (Somehow, Sahad by Mass can get rid of his projectile without spending meter, but okay), his NORMAL THROW is the spinning piledriver from Zangief, has long range, and can be followed up with an antiair due to it, like every other move in his moveset, having NO COOLDOWN. He also has a rush move that CANNOT BE PUNISHED AS HE IS INVINCIBLE DURING THE ENTIRE ANIMATION EVEN IF YOU BLOCK IT!
