Learn how to do the 90/90 STRETCH -
This is my favourite hip mobility exercise! Take your time and work on holding an upright posture with the hips and knees at 90-degrees. With square hips, lean back and forward to feel the most stretch deep in the hip joint.
Remember your mobility when training at home!

Unconventional Training: Push Ups / Mace 360 Superset - Coach Josh Wood
This month I am doing a push up challenge with other personal trainers at the gym to raise money for mental health support. We are doing 3,318 push ups over 25 days. The total number of reps is different each day and is based on a mental health statistic. All these push ups get a bit dull. So, I started super-setting them with my other workouts. I found mace swings and push ups to be a quality combination.

The box jump is an excellent exercise to develop powerful hip extension.
Often you see it performed poorly, with rapid movement of the knees towards the chest. This forceful hip-flexion has very little carry-over into athletic performance.
