I tried twice, and this team is improved one.
DoT Resist + Swap Prevent Resist + Distraction team, plus they're fast enough, Kelenken for final blow.
Tips:
No Escape + DoT + DS moves
With Cleansing Strike, Spino Gen 2 can remove every debuff as it's first attack, just watch out
Recommend:
Resistance (Mainly on DoT and Swap Prevention, Stun is not necessary though...), Fast

* For some people don't understand why I swapped Procerathomimus:
Usually I use Lv15s team (except more difficult tower), but somehow I already evolved specific creatures to Lv20 in different accounts, so I may compare them and fix the strategy to Lv15s method without much risk.
This time I compared with another walkthrough (but failed.) Normally Lv15 Proce can't make much damages on Spino Gen 2. Proce must leave most damages as it can, or you need to put lots of hope on RNG.

Seems I got something wrong,
Dakotaraptor uses Sidestep after got hit, and DR before injure,
It's hard to definite how much "Low Hp" is (or "Status",) so I abandoned that name in "Tips"...
Well, Ankylodicurus is really good here, for leaving trap,
Gamma for the blow,
Rhino for Combo,
and Turtle for backup.
And the location I stayed, was the place I pinned.
Double area with only 2 Epic towers on the map, good job Ludia :I

I think Erlikogamma is the only one in Epic/Rare/Common rarities, that can solo the tower without any boost point.
Make sure you already use MSS once before Velo come.
