Not sure about you but a start of the week energy connected with the end of the month (fresh starting month energy too) brings about a renewed sense of momentum for me — I get literally recharged every month, I’m ready to go again, mondays are great for that, maybe it’s the planning on the sunday! :) anyway, enough about me, let’s get into stuff today :)

ah, i found the video, it was sir ken robinson. . (not sure if he mentioned the single function device watch in this video or another) but this is the most popular video of TED talks (70,867,839 views)
https://www.ted.com/talks/sir_ken_robinson_do_schools_kill_creativity?referrer=playlist-the_most_popular_talks_of_all
So yeah, just wanted to shoot the shit today and talk about the notion of single use devices, why i'm personally obsessed with optimising the objects that i have around me so they do multiple things -- offer me multiple ways of using them and have the ability analog add to my life to enable me to sustain my digital life.
take my big ass water bottle i just spent £11 on! (and yes it's BPA free, i realise it's a "plastic" and that sucks) it's multi functional to me -- not only is it part of my new morning routine to fill it up fresh each morning but it's the visual indication of how far i have to go, the fact that straight away i can use it as a dumb bell also on the walk back to the ranch -- see how much water i should be having with the visual indicators.
i think the same will happen with blockchain and crypto projects. i'd say we are already seeing it with defi projects. the ability to put something in and it spits something out after your little robots, that someone built using smart contracts does margin trading for you while your meatsack sleeps.
what about a blockchain project that has connections to other blockchains, imagine an ifttt style approach to tendering your personal datasets to other projects, being able to atomically swap between value systems in the cloud that give your real world life the ability to access food and a place to stay for the night because you've given hours of time and resources to a digital forum, imagine if every stay in a hilton was an nft of you being there at a time and a place during sxsw -- like a backpack of memories that you can leave for your grandchilden to watch memories of your life journey.
we have really moved into a world of the multi functional active and reactive where we are the sensor in all of it. chains that grow with you, that are suggestive due to habits and hobbies, that can suggest and advise, that consider your future needs and can assist in you finding people to put real world plans in place at the tap of a swap button.
have a great weekend!
looking forward to the match tonight

in the last few days we have seen quite an influx of hunts, a lot not so good, it kinda brings down the mods who work really hard when you can see the effort has not gone in to making a hunt — we also had some mods off and one left so it effects the ‘due’ for a little while as everyone adjusts to the que of outstanding hunts, just a bunch more to go too and a bunch more people to engage with on the discord. it’s all good thou, we get it done.

decided to sneak one more part in today.. . you know for #cybermonday
want more OBS stuff? how about 5hrs+ of it now, 10hr by the end of the week?
https://smarturl.it/obs-2020
i'm building the biggest, most in depth course on obs there is! :)
Today we look at Green Screen in OBS.
Pretty straight forward this because OBS comes with a genlocking ability, that is to remove the green colour and replace it with transparency enabling you to put elements behind you or on top of those scenes, a very powerful effect and easy to in OBS with the right greenscreen, lights and a little bit of direction!
