Pastor Wagner preaches through 1Samuel 7 showing how God will deliver His people from their enemies if they will turn from their idolatry and humbly seek Him. Israel was worshipping Baal (the sun god) and Ashtoreth (the goddess of fertility), which was equivalent to celebrating Christmas (Natalis Solis Invicti - birth of the unconquered sun) and Easter (Eostre, Ishtar - the goddess of love and fertility). When they turned from that idolatry, the Lord saved them from their enemies.
