Body Movements - Chest Isolation Drills (in 4k)
Body Movements is my YouTube playlist that consists of essential isolation body movements for anyone interested in improving their dance skills. Each tutorial video provides specific dance-a-long drills to practice along with me. Practicing these fundamental body movements is the key to becoming a great dancer because it will build a solid foundation when you begin to learn intricate dance choreographies.
In this tutorial, we are drilling our knee movements. We have 3 specific drills: (1) expanding and contracting of the chest, (2) shifting side to side of the chest, and (3) rotating the chest clockwise and counter-clockwise. Each drill is about 1 minute long. It should be enough to build muscle memory and dance coordination. The challenge is to keep up with me throughout the entire drill in all 3 drills. If you can’t keep up at first, try again tomorrow or at a later time because building coordination takes time and patience. If you are ready, I’ll see you in the drills. Enjoy, have fun, and let’s make it funky.

In this episode, we are drilling The Wrist Twirl. We have multiple drills that are designed to give you the training you need to master this move. You must put in the work, the hours of practice. I promise to give you the information and show you how; however, you will never learn this the right way if you don't actually do the work. You can't learn to dance by only watching videos. You must actually dance.
