Cutting my compositing teeth with this comparison video with commentary.
The game is Donkey Kong Junior, where Mario is the bad guy. I got quite good at it when it was in my local fish and chip shop, but I'm not so good any more ;)
Constructive criticism is welcome. I know it's quite raw, I need to leave title screens up longer, umm less, and get a better audio recording device (webcam - going to try recording on phone next), but this is just my first attempt and I know I can get better :) ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvm2aZl33Vk
The recorded stream from the Mamemeister High Score Kerfuffle, Season 8 Part 8 (H). Halley's Comet by Taito from 1986. A vertical shoot-em-up that I didn't think I was going to enjoy but I'm happy to say I was wrong. I ended up with a highest stream score of 444,950.

In this stream I played Neo Turf Masters by Nazca Corproration for the Mamemeister High Score Kerfuffle, Season 11 Part 7, using the Neo Geo core (AES) on the MiSTerFPGA.
It's a fairly decent arcade golf game which is fun for a while but too inconsistent to provide me with any desire to push as a challenge.
I need to sort out the mic. The noise reduction is making things too muffled. I think I have it better but watch this space to find out... or better still watch live at https://twitch.tv/ponderprg :D
In this stream I played Iron Horse by Konami from 1986 for the Mamemeister High Score Kerfuffle Season 8 Part 9. Probably the most frustrating game I've ever had the misfortune to play and I'm glad it's behind me ;)

In this stream I played Mega Apocalypse by Martech (1987) for the Everything C64 December Challenge. It's an infuriatingly difficult game and impossible for me with my ageing reflexes but I did manage to jam out a score of 43,500 which will complete my challenge for this month because that's all my December nerves will take ?

It's between seasons. The choice of interval game is Outrun.
The theme for next season is once again a selection from participant choices. I start this week with my choices for next season then proceed to get my personal best at Outrun (5,541,720). A good game I've not put enough time into :)
Two examples of tape loading on the C64, with the data audio synced to the loading.

Apologies for any ads, the Sanxion music triggered a copyright claim; though not a strike, so I'm publishing and letting the copyright holder get the revenue... not that I'll ever monetise the channel ;)

After a shaky start I played River Raid on my C64C and got a score of 56,650.
The shaky start was due to an echo that I couldn't trace... then realised it was because I have my channel on the Laptop (which is audio linked) and it had unmuted the stream! One more hurdle leaped and will know in future ;)
In this recorded stream I play Plekthora, a very recent game for the C64 on real hardware, for the Everything C64 Forums August challenge. Stream high score was 300,405 which isn't bad for a first proper go!
I tried something different here too so will be interested in feedback. This was recorded and streamed at 25Hz to better match the C64 refresh rate while still making the stream watchable.
