EPEver eLog01 - Downloading & Interpreting Data - 12v Solar Shed
I've had the EPEver eLog01 for a little over six months now and it has been logging data from my Tracer A 24/7. In this video I look at extracting the data and interpreting it through the use of google sheets.
More tweaking to be done with the screen capture software I think.
I'm working out the best way to solder up the diyBMS battery modules for my lihtium ion 7s20p pack made from recycled 18650s. I also go through the resistor and capacitor values required.

After trying USB power banks, TP4056 modules and Arduinos to charge and discharge my Lithium Ion 18650 cells I decided to buy a proper charger. This charger was purchased from GearBest.Com but is available on Amazon and eBay: https://goo.gl/gUoIVE
This LiitoKala charger is one in a range of two and four cell chargers. They charge a range of cylindrical Li-Ion and NiMh AA & AAA cells. The Lii-300 engineer model includes a 'power bank' feature which currently is unique within the 2 cell range. The charger records the internal resistance of a cell, the accumulated charge (or discharge) in mAh and always shows the battery voltage.

After publishing my last video about this cheap PWM solar charge controller I was asked what the DIP switches did. I had recorded a segment where I tested the switches in various positions, but I couldn't determine what they did.
These solar chargers are available for different battery types - so I ordered one for lithium ion cells. This one came with a manual!
