Doing Things That You Don't Deserve
So, recently I was watching a race where I saw a lot of fat people running there...
OK OK... Before we continue, I don't want to tell anyone what to do and I don't want to make jokes out of this, because this is not the point.
My point is doing things that you don't deserve just for the sake of achieving something that will remain empty for you.
So... What do you do in a situation like that? Should we do things that we don't deserve? Watch this video and find out!

Do You Expect People To Be Like You?
Recently I received a very interesting question from a viewer of this channel.
In that questions, he said that he viewed me as a perfectionist and that I treated myself quite rough. He asked then, if I did this to other people as well.
In fact, I must confess that I did that for some time during my life. I couldn't cope but to expect people to be like me, to act like me and to accomplish the same things as I was.
However, it changed... And now I don't think like this anymore. Wanna know what changed and why you should not expect people to be like you?

China: The Terracotta Army & Long-Term Thinking
Today we are going to talk about the Terracotta Army and how its long-term thinking created an amazing piece of historical and tourist point.
So, for those who doesn't know, the Terracotta Army is a collection of terracotta sculptures depicting the armies of Qin Shi Huang, the first Emperor of China. It is a form of funerary art buried with the emperor in 210–209 BCE and whose purpose was to protect the emperor in his afterlife. (Wikipedia)
This amazing (and intriguing) visitation lead me to think about the Chinese Empire, which has been around for such long time and has developed an amazing way of thinking, which is long-term thinking.
Wanna know more about how important is to develop a mindset of long-term and know more about the Terracotta Army? Watch this video and find out!

On today's video, I received a very good and intriguing question.
A reader sent me an email telling me that he felt that he was being undervalued at work. He tells me he had currently quit a job in which everyone was idiot.
He has a hard time dealing with managers and coworkers that are complete idiots... What should he do to overcome this?
How should he deal with this kind of people?

Should I Reach Out Trying To Help Companies?
Getting a job has changed a lot over the last few years. There is a lot of new strategies you can implement if you really want to get a job as a software developer.
One of the strategies I like the most is getting in touch with companies you'd like to work for. For example, this strategy consists in reaching out to companies trying to help them.
First, you need to search for companies you'd be willing to work for, getting in touch with them and offering some help. People do this to me constantly.
However... They do it wrong.
What should you do if you really want to get a job and what is the best way to contact companies so you make them hooked on your help?
