In today's episode of Corkboard TV I will show you, step by step, how to calibrate your IMU on your Mavic Mini. It's an easy procedure should you ever need to update or calibrate the IMU. You should be able to follow each step, there are five steps, with great ease. What is an IMU? Well I'm glad you asked. Definition: An Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is an electronic device that uses accelerometers and gyroscopes to measure acceleration and rotation, which can be used to provide position data. So now you know why it is so IMPORTANT to calibrate it when your DJI Fly app requests you to calibrate it. It is not necessary to calibrate it for every flight, ONLY when asked to do so.
