Lukewarm water 110g + Earl Grey Tea teabag 2pk
Lukewarm water 30g + Instant yeast 2g
Earl Grey Tea teabag (tea powder)
Bread flour 190g
Soft sugar 20g
Salt 2g
Unsalted butter 15g
Milk some (for brush on)
**Preheat Oven**
**Bake 190C 15min**
