If the work can be done form home, it should be done from home, we don’t need to be wasting energy and dwindling resources for sterile dreary and spirit draining environments, at least until they force employees into working within the meta verse. The 8 hour work day standard was something workers had to fight and even die for. The 40 hour work week wasn’t even meant to be a forever thing either and it’s actually a bigger waste in resources because many people get their s done in far less time then 8 hours.
